I left the mall with bags and bags of clothes and they were all from name brand places thanks to Eli

It was a little awkward between us after what happened at the nail place but only because i made it that way

I'm currently in my room laying down looking at the ceiling reflecting on my life when my phone rings

I look at it and see Eli's name so i swipe the screen to answer

"Hello" i say

"Hey boo what you doing" he asked

"Nothing laying down thinking "

" bout ?" he asked

"Everything" i sighed

"Wanna talk about it" he asked

"No" i said above a whispered

"Alright I'm not going to pressure you, but what you got planned for tonight" he said

"Nothing really just sleeping" I said

"Well that sounds boring " he said

"Ok and..." i said jokingly

"You wanna chill with me tonight or Naw" he asked

"Umm yea sure are you going to take me to school tomorrow" i asked

"Yea pack you some clothes and ill come swoop you up" he said

"Umm can you come get me a little up the street from my house because my parents are strict" i said

"Ight ma text me ya address and ill come at ya in 10" he said

"OK" i said climbing out the bed

"Bye" i said

"Ight ma see ya soon" he said as we hung up

I got my over night bag and packed it with everything i will need for the night

I went down stairs to see my donors sitting in the living room with some powdery stuff sitting in front of them

"Can i stay the night with esha please" i asked

My dad leaned down and sniffs a line of coke and look back at me

"Who the fuck is esha" he asked standing up and walking near me

"S-Shes my best friend " i said cowering back

" No" he said turning around and he sat back down taking in another line after my mom did

I looked down at the floor

"come on mike let her go we can have sometime to ourselves it will be like we never had her" my mom said which hurt me to my heart

"Alright go then" he said

I ran outside fighting back the tears that so badly wanted to fall

I pulled out my phone to text Eli

Eli😍: flick your head lights so i know where you are

He didn't respond but i seen flashing lights so i jogged to the car

I opened the backed door and threw my bag in there then got in the front seat putting on my seatbelt

"Wassup ma" he said as he leaned over and kissed my cheek

I blushed and looked at him with a smile

"Hey" i said back

He drove off and i looked at him from his side profile
