I was giving Dr.Fred some suggestions for his rants book, but he couldn't write them down fast enough. So here I am.

But one of the things I hate about constipation is that you can get it easily. Whether it's because you didn't eat your vegetables or you simply wasn't pooping enough. And then you have to go to the drug store and get a giant container of Miralax and have to take it everyday. And you can also feel the crap INSIDE of you! Like it's trying to poke through your belly button.
