So we were carrying Aphte to the village vet to see if it was a boy or a girl and to make sure it got a rabies shot. We finally got to the vet.”It’s a girl, I'm gonna go get the shot ready. Please wait patiently.”said the vet, smiling.” “So what should we do while we wait?” Aaron said. “I don't know. Any ideas Aph?” Dante asked. “Well we can play rock, paper scissors???” I suggested “Ok” They said.

“Thanks for being so patient” The Doctor said. “No problem!” We chorused. She asked us to hold Aphte while she gave her the shot. It was so saddening to hear her whining. “All done!” The doc said while giving Aphte a treat.

We were outside but we didn't really know where we were gonna go. “Now what?” Asked Aaron. “Any ideas Dante?” I asked. “Hmmmm… How about… MY HOUSE!?! 😁 ” He suggested. “You have a house?” I asked. “Of course!” He replied. “Do I have a house?” “No” “Then why do you have one?” “Because I did a thing like maybe I just might have BOUGHT IT! Ever heard the term?” “NOPE! Never.” “Well played.” “Anyway so where or how do I buy one?’ “You see that tall building?” “Yeah, what about it?” “Well that's where you buy it!” “Oh ok!” “Um guys are we gonna go or not!” Aaron said with a hidden bit of annoyance that I had detected. Dante and I exchanged glances then said,”Ok!” and started walking off towards … well wherever Dante's house was! 😂
