Gwen cries as she continues to run. She had been crying ever since she stormed out of the house. She didn't mean all that she said to her mother, she was frustrated, sad and angry that he mother made choices for her instead of letting her make her own decisions. She has been running for about thirty minutes and didn't see where she was going when she bumped into a broad chest and almost fell down, but for the strong hands that caught her, she would have gotten hurt. . "I'm really sorry" Gwen sniffs as she stands up and picks up her boom box prepared to walk away.
"It's okay" the man says wiping the tears off her face and removing a stray strand of hair from her face. Lifting her chin up with his hand, Gwen recognizes him immediately, but her face immediately falls as she looks down again, fresh tears falling off her face. "Are you alright? He asks sitting her down on a park bench
"I'm sorry I bumped into you August she says completely ignoring his first question but quickly adding a 'yea I'm fine.
No? Something has you worried. August says again refusing to believe her previous answer. Gwen sighs and waves off his worried expression. If one thing she knew about guys older or younger, they would always suck up to girls they just met so they'd fall head over heels and make them swoon. Gwen wasn't gonna let that happen in anyway, that was what he was doing now. " Look, i have to go, I haven't called my Mom, she's probably worried" Gwen says as she collects her phone from him and picks up her boom box and begins to he's towards the park gate.
"Wait! August says making Gwen turn around. "Can I get your name? He asks. "No" she says blandly and walk off leaving August in a daze......
