This is the picture of the skull you should use:
1. Open the photo of the person you want to use in superimpose as the background. (This can be a cover that is more developed, and you can use the skull as an extra feature.) Also, go to transition and put it on hard light, this will make it easier for you to see where to erase where needed.)
2. Erase all the black space around the skull.
3. Now go back to transition and put the skull on soft light. (Or another filter if you prefer) I also played a bit with the contrast.

2. You can also go to the mask section and delete certain parts of the template that you think get in the way. For example, I deleted some parts around the model's eye so that it didn't cover them.
