Chapter 3- Beware of the thief

A new day started at Anubis House. Everyone was on the table except by  Nina.... Suddenly Nina got in the living room and Eddie, as fast as he could , moved towards Nina's seat on the table and moved the chair so she can seat there. Fabian didn't like it, but he couldn't do anything.

Patricia didn't too

Patricia: what is going on idiot?

Eddie: Now, Nina is my new girlfriend, I hope she won't be as annoy as you were, Yacker....

Everyone was shocked . They thought the same as Fabian did : Eddie and Nina dating?

Everyone,but Joy. She. had a satisfaction smile and in that moment she tought :"very good Eddie, now I can start the next part of my plan. Not to long, Fabes"

After that no one said anything else

While everyone was taking breakfast, Victor, with his usual angry face came to the living room.

Victor: Yesterday, a teacher was stolen while she was leaving the school, and the same happened last week with two students,from different houses. Looks like we have a thief around here, so be careful, and go alone to anywhere... I don't wanna problems here

After that he went to his office with his loved stuffed raven, Corbierre...

When all then went to school, were scared. Victor is normally exaggerated but no one wanted to be stolen... That's why, everyone was near to other even when they didn't talk. Everyone but Fabian and Patricia. They were walking together a few feet from the others, but they didn't say any word...

Mrs. Daphne: OK , students.... Your next homework will be a report about the old civilizations. It'll be in teams ....

Everybody started whispering and making their own teams

Mrs. Daphne: wait, wait.... I will make the teams

All the room was in silence. No one likes that kind of reports. Except by those who are with Mara or Fabian. But, all them were hopping to be with who they want.

Mrs. Daphne: the groups are: Fabian, Nina and Patricia- Egypt

Joy, Mara and Alfie- Rome

Eddie, Jerome and Amber- Greeks

Peter, Mary and Willow- Barbarians

.........

When Patricia heard her team she  sarcastically thought : " Congratulations..... ugh"

Someone knocked the door and came in the classroom

Mr.Sweet: eh... Mrs. Daphne, Can I talk to you a minute?

Mrs. Daphne: Of course. Wait me here guys

She went outside the classroom

Mr.Sweet: I'm afraid another student has been stolen. For security the students can't go out of class unless it an emergency. Please, don't say anything to the student s. Understood?

Mrs. Daphne: OK, I... understood

Fabian was at his locker when Joy came

Joy: Fabes....

Fabian: What do you want?

Joy: I was thinking that maybe we could go to the movies next Friday...You know... be more than friends?

Fabian: oh, I see.... First you kiss me So Nina will break up me and now you want to date me? Are kidding me? During the last 3 years you've been trying to bother Nina so she will break up with me.

Fabian was red of fury and was yelling at Joy

Fabian: You can't force a relationship. if I'd like you I would tell you Joy. what you did the other day can't be forgiven. I don't want to talk with you. GO NOW!!!

Joy slapped him.

Joy: who do you think you are? don't yell at me! don't you understand? Nina is Eddie's grilfiend and if you continue caring about her, you'll end hurt.... and when that happens, don't come with me to cry

Fabian: Why you didn't think the same and say it to yourself when she was my girlfriend!

He slammed the locker's door and left Joy alone

It was the second hour of classes. The students were in the classroom waiting for the teacher. Mr. Sweet came in along with another man

Mr. Sweet: students... after the last teacher, suddenly, quited his job, we have found another teacher.... He is Mr. Seths. He'll be your new literature teacher...

Mr.Seths: Good morning, students

Despite the problems between Sibuna members, all the gang thought Mr.Seths  was weird.

He was looking at everybody as if he were looking for something. Specially at the girls' necks.

Mr. Seths: Thank you Mr. Sweet, you can leave now

He had a very grave voice and his sight wasn't very friendly. He was a little creepy, completely dressed in black and with gloves..black too

Amber thought: "who uses gloves in those times?"

However, he called Sibuna's attention

He realized the way the Sibuna gang was looking at him.

Mr.Seths: is there any problem with me Blondie girl?

He was talking about Nina

Nina: No , it's...just... I like new teachers...

Mr.Seths: OK, I see...

Some time after that the class was over and they came back to the house, being careful, as well, of the unknown thief.
