I will not teach you how to make an exact PSD Coloring, but I will teach you on how to make your own.
Go and open an image that doesn't have any filter, making sure that the image is HD/HQ

Click on each tools, then just adjust them on how you want to be. There are different tools, you just have to explore them.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER?
If you are planning to apply the coloring to other edits, create a folder.
Just click the folder looking thing on the right side, very bottom of the layers section. It will immediately compile the adjustments you made.
Save it as PSD.
HOW TO APPLY COLORING TO PICTURE
Open your book cover/any picture

Click open on the "File" options, then click your desired coloring. In this, I used jakepatt's "My Way" coloring.
