When whisper was 3 months old her mommy and daddy die in a car crashed. So, she grew up in a foster home. The owners that own the foster home never care about her and they never treated her right. she goes by her middle name because her first name reminds her of her mother. She is name after her mom's favorite bird. At age 7 she was diagnosed with depression and bipolar. At age 9 she founded out she haves ice powers.
