I want you to be happy ever after.
Even if we don't end up together.
I want you to present to that man.
The invaluable gift given by a woman.

I want him to look into your face.
And appreciate your beauty and grace.
I present you as the best gift he ever received.
I present you as a contradiction to the lies he ever believed.

Did I not say I truly love you?
And wished to see your eternal peace.
How can I then take this away from you?
I only seek your honour for the least.
Such a joy of the heart it will be.
If I should be that rightful man next to you.
On your romantic bed of matrimony.
Yet time will tell the story of destiny.
Until then I tamper not with your virginity.
