The red Chevrolet pulled up to the driveway and Lightning looks away from the house sadly. When the car stopped and turned off, Lightning and Hazel got out. Hazel sighed and led them to the house. She knocked and Sally opened the door.
"What's he doing here?!" She glared at her ex-husband. "I'm living with him so I can avoid Scott" Hazel growled and her mother looks surprised.
"Scott is treating me better than him!" Sally said. "Really?!" Her daughter was surprised and annoyed."Oh my gosh! He didn't hurt you, did he?" Sally asked. "Yes. Scott abused me and hurts me. Dad doesn't" Hazel said and ran to Lightning's car, getting in.
"Sal, I-" Lightning started but got stopped. "No. Lightning, I'm not giving you another chance. I moved on, you should too" Sally closed the door. Lightning walked to his car and got in.
"Dad?" Hazel saw the sadness in her father's eyes."Seeing your mother again was a bad idea" was all that Lightning said and he drove to his house
Lightning and Hazel went to see Sally. Sally told Lightning she moved on and he should do the same. The question is: will he move on or still want to get Sally back?
