YOU

Stars hid from you,
Because you were brighter than the sun.

The clouds hid the moon,
So you could become the silver light of midnight.

The wind only spoke in whispers.
Never wanting to provoke the storm surrounding you.

Water could never extinguish your burning embers,
Because your ferocious flames were everlasting.

The world was embedded into your skin,
Placed at your feet for warmth.

But you gave it away,
Wanting my love in return.

I was speechless,
I didn't known I was of much concern.

Again none of the photos are mine.
