As passionate as a candle alight
My heart continued to glow on
All night
As delicate as a flower abloom
My soul continued to grow
But not all alone
As optimistic as a dream catcher
My mind continued to see
A world of wonder
All around me
As dangerous as the candle alight
My heart found passion
All to strong to bare
As fragile as a flower abloom
My soul began to crack
Loneliness all found again
As pessimistic as the voice in my head
A world began to close
All around me
A world where wonder could be seen
Always pushing through, however
A simple voice aglow
Like a single star in a clouded night
The show me my way back home
