Twenty-Seventh Fact: I got braces on in 2011, and got them off last year in January, but the following year, I had to get bottom braces due to losing my retrainer. I got the bottom braces off and my teeth have been free for over three years now
If you ever get braces or have braces, when you get the braces off, never lose the retrainer.
