Champion - Fall out boy

Avery sat on the side, next to Bellamy as he spoke to Octavia through the radio. "Five years, will you really survive up there?" She asked.
"Avery and Raven say we can. As soon as it's safe, we'll all go back down." Bellamy told his sister before glancing once at Avery. "May we meet again."
"I'll be waiting." Octavia replied. "Under the floors."
"O, you're not that little girl anymore." Avery told her before she took a long pause. "What is it?"
"I'm not sure I'm up for this, they look at me like I know what I'm doing. Just because I want to fight."
"They look at you like that because you saved them O." Avery spoke. "But it won't last, now you have to lead."
"How? I'm not a leader. It should be you two, or Clarke."
"Neither of us could've done what you did Octavia, and it was more than just winning a fight. You gave them hope when there was none. You inspire then O, and most of all, you inspire me." Avery told her. "I need to help Raven check on the rocket but we will meet again Octavia."
"May we meet again." she replied before hearing Avery leave the room.

All of them stared at the camera as Polis went down. The wave swept across the screen, before damaging the drone causing it to go to static.
Avery choked out a breath before Raven started to speak. "It's 215 miles between Polis and the Island. And according to what was the last drone, that its accelerating. If we're off the ground 20 minuets before it hits the radiation will shut down it's avionics meaning it won't fly. That means we have 90 minutes to do a 6 hour pre check, take the oxygenator from the lighthouse, turn a cockpit designed for two into one that can carry eight and load the cargo hold with enough food to keep us alive until the algae blooms."
"I thought you said it's going to be hard." Murphy told her.
"That's not the hard part."
"Becca designed a rocket to dock with Polaris, not the ark. I have to pilot it into the hanger bay on the ring. "
"What's so hard about that?"
"That's not the hard part either."
"Than what is the hard part?"
"So assuming we blast off in time, CO2 scrubbers on a 2 person rocket won't supply for nine of us."
"So we use supplimental oxygen."
"Our tanks only hold an hour of air Clarkey."
"Correct, Meaning we will have an hour to get into orbit, land in the hanger by, and fire up the life support system using an oxygen generator built to supply a lighthouse bachelor pad." Raven ended.
"You suck at talking people into things."
"Anyone here still needs to be talked into this?" Bellamy looked around to the eight. All of them shook their heads before he continued. "Now we know the many ways we might die today, how about you tell us what we have to do to live."
Av smirked as everyone got to work.

Avery stood on the edge, near the staircase listening to Clarke speak before Bellamy approached her. "Grounders in space, it's an oxymoron."
"Survival's a team sport. It was the only choice, also an oxymoron by the way." She replied before looking to him.
"So is cold sweat." He replied, brushing the hair off her face. "You okay?"
