Ariana arrived at the charity gala shortly after posting a picture of her outfit on instagram. She was a little nervous since she doesn't tend to attend formal events like these. To be honest, she was never one to enjoy fame. She enjoyed making music that her fans will love, she didn't enjoy all the other things that came with fame.
She posed for some paparazzi pictures for a while before heading to the event. Once she entered the building of the event, she was mesmerized. The building was elegantly decorated, it looked like every piece of decoration was carefully picked out. Sure, she's been to plenty of galas before but this one was different, it was for a good cause. Although she felt a little out of place because she was a homebody at heart; she came to this event because she wanted to help raise awareness to those who don't have a voice. Ariana looked around trying to find any familiar faces. She frowned when she realized she didn't know anyone there.
Suddenly, she made eye contact with those unforgettable green eyes. How could she ever forget them? She couldn't help but smile a little. She might've even felt relief. Ariana headed towards his direction when she realized that Harry was accompanied by none other than Kendall. Still in shock, Ariana took a step back. She couldn't help but feel a little sad seeing Harry with Kendall. She headed towards the bar in need for a drink. She needed something to distract her from the heartache she felt when she saw that Harry moved on. What she didn't realize is that Harry kept looking at her with a confused expression. Could he miss what they had too?
