Run

I slammed my door and ran to my room mirror. I was looking down but when I briefly stared up I nearly screamed. My NECKALCE was RED! Usually my necklace is F/C but now it was RED!

I'm gonna run away. I threw my window open and grabbed a bag and stuffed some extra clothes and other things I needed. I packed $150. That should be enough for now.

I took an old rope I used for a school video and tied it around my window. Guess that lesson we had at school really did help. I stood on the edge of my window and held tightly on to the rope.

And jumped.

As I quickly slid down the rope my window shut and I heard running up the stairs. I heard my door open just as I reached the bottom. I ran to the road with my bag on my back. I reached the road and wondered where I was gonna go. But that didn't matter. I ran down pathways and through roads until I realized I was in the woods. I was alone.

Finally.

I found an old big tree and sat next to it. I forgot to mention that I brought my guitar with me too so I could maybe make some more songs. I pulled out my guitar and strummed the strings slowly. It was in tune. I decided to sing my favorite song.

Midway through my singing I heard a rustling in the bushes. I pulled out my gun. (Yes I stole my dads gun) I slowly walked towards the bushes. "Who's there?" I asked. Another rustle was heard and at that moment I saw a boy with blue eyes and soft blonde hair. My neck felt weird. I attacked him and pinned him to the ground. He yelped so I hopped off him.

"Sorry.." I whispered "I'm F/N"

"I'm Garroth, and I'm sorry, for scaring you." He replied. He had a deep, dark voice. I instantly felt like I fell in love.

"Your necklace is... pink?" He said

"WHAT?!?" I screamed.

"Calm Down." He said. "I'll take you to my house and my friend can fix you up. She is a magicks master."

"Magicks?" I asked, confused.

"It's like witchcraft." He replied

I understood it now. I nodded.

Once we got to the place he was talking about I felt at home.

There was nicely painted homes with fresh crops and bright open windows. He rushed me to a house that wasn't to far away.
