Lian Yu
Caitlin sat on a cliff, her legs dangling off the ledge. Her bow and arrows were by her side as they always have been. The ocean breeze slaps her face and she let out a small sigh. She hears a slight noise and she looks up to see a fire. She snaps her head to the left to see a man aiming his bow and arrow. Ollie. She stands up, almost falling off the damn cliff from how excited she was. She looks at where Oliver was standing, but no one is there. She lets out another sigh. Give me a minute, damn it. She makes it down to the shore eventually to see Oliver already there. She runs to his side in a hurry, trying not to trip again. Oliver looks at her and she could swear there was a small smile on his face. It was rare, and after all they've been through she wasn't surprised. But if he was ever gonna smile, this would be the time. Because, finally, they were going home. She grins at Oliver as they both look at a fisherman's boat.

Starling City
Caitlin stares out the window of her hospital room, watching as people walk home on the sidewalk, and as cars speed down the road. She missed the noise of the city, believe it or not.

"Caitlin?" She closes her eyes at the voice as a smile appears on her face. The voice she'd been waiting for five years to hear. She opens her eyes and turns around. Tommy. She doesn't dare say a word, for she knows if she does, tears will fall. So instead, she rushes into her brother's arms, wrapping her arms around his body. Tommy held her tightly , resting his chin on her head. He sighs in relief, the weight that had settled on his chest for five years finally lifting. "Thank God..." Caitlin smiles and let a shaky breath out. It felt so good for her to be in her brother's arms again.

"Tommy." Caitlin feels Tommy get tense and pull away. He turns around to look at their father, Malcom Merlyn. "May I speak to your sister, alone?" Tommy is about to argue but Caitlin places her hand on his shoulder and speaks up for the first time since she got back.

"It's okay." Tommy nods and leaves the room. She focuses her attention on her father. To be honest, she expected a lecture on getting on the ship. Malcolm slowly makes his way toward her, as if scared any sudden movement would scare her. Caitlin opens her mouth to say something, but he interrupts her by pulling her close to him.

"I thought you were dead. We all did." He whispers.

For the first time in a long time, Caitlin wrapped her arms tightly, feeling safe in his arms. "I'm okay, daddy. I'm okay." That was a lie however, she had a feeling she'd be telling a lot of lies.

The next day, Caitlin get out of the car and looks at the Merlyn mansion. She had forgotten how big the place was. One of the men employed by her father grabs her bags and walks inside with Caitlin following. The second she's inside she immediately walks to her room. She looks around and almost lets out a laugh. It hasn't changed a bit, unlike her. She sits down and lets herself smile. She was home.

That night Caitlin was sitting at the dinner table at the Queen's. Moira was at one end while Walter was next to her and next to him was Tommy. Across from Tommy was Thea and Caitlin was next to Thea. They had always got along, and she had always missed her. Across from me was the infamous Oliver Queen.

"Ok. What else did you miss? Super bowl winners... Giants, Steelers, Saints, Packers, Giants again. A black president, that's new. Oh, and 'Lost,' they were all dead." Tommy rambles to Oliver. This makes Caitlin smile. This was one of the reasons I missed my brother so much, his infectious smile, and the way he could talk for hours on end.

"What was is like there?" Thea asks. Silence and tension fill the room. Caitlin looks at her plate, playing with her food, exchanging a quick look with Oliver.

"Cold." He finally answers. Thea glances at Caitlin and she nods in agreement.

"Really cold."

"Tomorrow, you and me, we're doing the city. You've got a lot to catch up on." Tommy says to Oliver.

"That sounds like a great idea." Moira says.

"Good. Then I was hoping to swing by the office." Oliver says. Walter is about take a sip from his wine but stops.

"Well, there's plenty of time for all that. Queen Consolidated isn't going anywhere." A maid comes over about to set a bowl of pears on the table. She trips but Oliver catches her and restores her balance.

"Oh, I am so sorry, Mr. Oliver."

"It's no worry." Oliver says in Russian. Everyone but Caitlin and Oliver look stunned.

"Dude, you speak Russian?" Tommy asks.

"I didn't realize you took Russian at college, Oliver." Walter says. He didn't.

"I didn't realize you wanted to sleep with my mother, Walter." Silence fills the room and the tension returns. Moira looks at Oliver and than Thea.

"I didn't say anything." Thea defends herself.

"She didn't have to." Oliver says. Moria nods in acknowledgement.

"Oliver... Walter and I are married, and I don't want you to think that either one of us did anything to disrespect your father." Moira says.

"We both believed that Robert, like you, was, uh, well, gone." Walter says. Oliver looks visibly pained. "Its fine." Oliver gets up. "May I be excused?" Moira nods.

"Hey, don't forget about tomorrow, buddy." Tommy says as Oliver leaves. Caitlin stands up.

"Thank you for dinner, Moira. It's always a pleasure."

Moira smiles. "We're always happy to have you here. Welcome home."

Caitlin smiles before looking at Tommy. "I'll be in the car." He nods as she walks outside.

Queen's Gambit
Caitlin walks out of her room, yawning. She starts to walk to the bar, deciding Alcohol will help her sleep. "Where are you going?"Caitlin turns around to look at Robert Queen.

"Nothing..." She say, hiding a smile.

"Well, you should go back to your room."

"Why?"

"The storm. It's safe in there." She sighs

"Okay... only if I get a drink later." Robert gives her a stern look. "Nevermind." She walks back in her room and flops onto her bed. She closes her eyes, trying to go to sleep, but opens them when she hears a crash. She gets up and immediately sees the window open with water pouring in. Her room starts to move and she falls off her bed. She tries to avoid falling into the ocean, but the ocean is stronger. Once in the water she does her best to reach the surface, but every time she reaches the surface, the ocean waves push her back down. Her vision starts to darken as the need for oxygen grows, and then everything is black.
