It was that time, where the sky was dark and everybody was asleep. However it was technically morning. The moonlight trickled into the room casting silvery, illuminant light over everything it's sleepy gaze stumbled upon.
Yes.

It was that time where everybody lay in their beds dreaming wonderful or haunting creations of the mind. Everybody except one.

She was tangled in her thin blankets and from afar looked to be fast asleep, yet her honey brown eyes we're wide- shining like freshly cut glass.

Her lips we're trembling and she reached a delicate hand to stop the heart-wrenching sobs escaping. Fat tears rolled down her cheeks like the rain that gently hit the clear glass of her window.

She couldn't have been older than 15 yet she was sobbing her heart out whilst desperately trying to keep quiet but praying somebody would hear her pain.

It was the time where the sky was dark yet it was morning. But no- not everybody was asleep...
