the stars reflect in your dark iris
a twinkling map of the sky's axiseyelashes interrupt starflames, blinking abyss
twin hearts beating as one, forever persistyour arms wrapped around me like a lunar eclipse
fleeting, as the orb's own firekissed silver ellipse.your hand brightly shines, tangled inside of mine
the fierce light only grows as we lay intertwined.I exhale and watch as your lungs breathe just in time
to catch my lost stardust, to caress my soft rhymeI notice your stare as I try to continue
and can't help but admire the gentleness within you.and my tongue flashes swiftly over my lips
as I try to describe the way the our heavens do kiss.
Oh shooting star! Oh swiftly my love, oh please do
make a wish.
