Impossible (Camren)

Chapter Fourteen

*Lauren's POV*

After I left Camila's house I went to get some things I needed and went home. My dad was leaving when I pulled up. "Hey, I'm going out be back later" he yelled out. I nodded. Mom wasn't off of work yet. And my brother had to stay after school, Lord knows why. So it was just me. 

I walked in and laid on the couch. I was so tired and my back hurt from carrying Camz.  I was falling asleep when my phone rang. I picked it up. Call from. Austin.

I ignored the call and put it on silent. I turned around to try to sleep. I basically laid there for an hour. I couldn't fall asleep. I decided to pick my phone up. 57 missed calls and 5 new messages. How many times will I have to tell this kid to leave me the fuck alone. 

My phone rang and I instantly answered. 

"For love of god, what the hell do you want?!" I said.

"Well..geez Lauren." Camila.

"Oh my gosh. I'm sorry Camz..it's just that..Never mind. I thought it was someone else. Whats up?" 

"Who? Is someone bothering you?"

"What? No."

"Liar" there she goes again. I'm telling you she knows when I'm lying. Its probably because it sounds obvious? I don't know.

"No, I'm not lying." I said

"Yes you are. I can tell."

"Am not ok. Now what do you want."

"Well I  just wanted to talk to you but since you are being bitchy right now nevermind." 

"Camz I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get...bitchy or whatever, with you."

"No its alright, I have to go anyway."

"Sure. But really I'm sorry. 

"Its fine. Bye. See you tomorrow."

"I love you."

"Yeah same. Bye"

She hung up. Yeah I mad her upset. 

I sat there. Not wanting to move. Eventually I had to because it was getting late and I needed to do things. 

When I finally went to bed I fell asleep instantly.

*Camila's POV*

I sat on the front steps waiting on Lauren to pick me up. I should instead drive my own self, but I was to lazy to drive. Plus I was kind of upset with her. 

I didn't notice when she pulled up ,because I was busy playing on my phone, when she honked her horn I jumped and dropped it causing to to crack. 

I picked it up, got my stuff and got in her car. "You could of just rolled down your window and yelled at me. I was sitting right there." I said trying to hide my anger. "Well sorry.." "Whatever just drive." 

She made her way to our school. "Camz are you mad?" "No." I said trying to sound normal but failed. "Why are you lying?" She asked. I rolled my eyes. "Why did you lie??" She kept quiet.

"I didn't" Really? It sounded so obvious. We had reached school and she parked. "I can tell Lauren" She turned the car off. "I'm serious Camila" I looked at her and she looked at me. "I promise" Her eyes made my heart go crazy. How could I be mad ay her. Maybe she was telling the truth. I sighed. "Ok. I believe you. I'm sorry for overreacting." "Don't be. I love you" "I love you more" She smiled. "Come on I can't be late." 

We made our way to homeroom but it was crowded and loud. We stopped at Lauren's locker. When Austin came up to us. Or, to Lauren. "Hey baby." Baby? What? He got closer to Lauren. She looked at me and to him. "Austin go away." She said sharply. "Why?" He looked at me and smirked. "Alright. See you later sexy" he winked at her. I burned with anger and jealousy. 

She turned to me "Camila I swear-" "You swear what? That no one was bothering you? Why didn't you tell me. Especially if it was Him?!" "Camila..-" The bell rang I looked at her and walked off.

I knew she was lying.

*Lauren's POV*

I want to murder that son of a bitch. I knew she would find out. I was stupid to promise her that no one was bothering me. I should have told her. 

She walked passed me leaving me behind. I walked slowly to class. I was late already. Detention it is I guess. I walked in opening the door slowly. "Ms. Jauregui I believe you are late once again. Detention after school today." I rolled my eyes and made my way to my seat. Austin kept his eyes on me. When I walked by I kicked him. He only smiled at me. 

Camila didn't look at me when I sat down. I felt so bad. She wasn't going to let this go. I know I hurt her here. 

She didn't say a word to me or did she look at me. I walked the quiet halls after school to detention. Detention wasn't bad all you did was sit there in silence. Which was fine with me gave me time to think. 

On my way I Camila crossed my path. I forgot I had to take her home. She came up to me. "Mom is going to take me home." I nodded "Camila-" I started. "No Lauren not now." I hung my head "Alright see you" She walked away and I went to where I was suppose to go.

To my luck Austin was there. He smiled when I walked in. I felt anger and I wanted to go up to him and hurt him. Instead I went to the opposite side of the room. "You look amazing today. Like always" I ignored him. "You make me go crazy" I ignored him. "Not talking" I put my head down. 

"Lauren I want you." I looked at him. "Shut the fuck up ok?! You annoy me and I hate you!!" He laughed "I love it when you get mad" That's it. I grabbed the book that was in front of me and threw it at him. 

It hit his face causing his nose to bleed. "Fuck!" The good thing was that the teacher wasn't in there but he walked him seconds later. "What on earth happened here?!" Austin looked at me. "Nothing sir I just tripped while trying to get this book. I find it interesting and wanted to read some of it." He rolled his eyes. "Go clean your self and  then you can leave I have to go early. But don't be late again Ms. Jauregui. And you." He said pointing at Austin. "Behave" 

I shot up and tried to get away. Austin caught up. "Might want to be faster."  He said. "LEAVE ME FUCKING ALONE. I HATE YOU. DIE!!!" I kicked him and ran. I made to my car. I sat there and cried of anger.

I wanted to kill him. I sat there and cried for a long time. I finally drove but to Camila's House.  No one was home but her. The door was locked. I got my key out and went in. No one was in the living room. I went to her room. She was sitting on the floor head in her hands. I closed the door slowly. 

"Camz.." "Lauren go away." I sat on her bed. "No. Not untill we work this out." She was quiet. "Look Austin is a dick. I hate him and-" I don't care about him..well maybe a little but right after you promised me it was no one. You lied to me and it hurt." I sat next to her. "I was afraid Camz. Afraid you would get mad." she sniffed. 

"I wasn't. I would of done something about it."  I swallowed the lump in my throat. "I'm sorry I knew I should have told you. Camz please don't be mad anymore. Seeing you like this hurts." A tear rolled down my cheek. She looked at me. She had been crying. 

She hugged me. "It's alright Lauren. You know I can't be mad at the girl I love" she wiped away my tear. "Just promise me you will tell me everything. And please don't lie to me like that anymore." I nodded. "I promise."

I put my arms around her. I continued to cry. I don't know why. I kissed the top of her head. 

This only makes us stronger.
