Her mother was dead, her two adoptive fathers more or less actually kidnapping her after killing her mom, her dad wanted nothing to do with her.
Ellie grit her teeth at the thought of her dad, Tony Black.
She knew it had been a long stretch, asking for him to take care of her, so she didn't ask for it but what she did want was at least acceptance from him.
She should have known better.
She should have known better than to get so emotional over it, to actually consider getting upset over it.
She didn't need emotions, she didn't need tony.
