((A/N)): Look at Dami being a kid for once... little bean :')
Anyway *sighs* DC is treating all of my babies so bad right now... Gotham Knights doesn't even begin to make up for all the shit they're going through in the comics :(
Anyway, that last 'shot was pretty intense, so have some Dami fluff to lighten things up :)

"Father".
Bruce looked down from the Batcomputer screen, vision blurry from pulling an all-nighter. He blinked a few times at his son.
"I'm having company tonight. We'll be using the theatre room".
Bruce felt his joints freeze up. Damian? Company?
Since he had been living at Wayne Manor, Damian had shunned the idea of making friends at school, or anywhere, really. Hell, he hardly spoke to his brothers, outside of sarcastic jabs and threats to stab someone at the dinner table.
In fact, he felt a little bit of pride swell in his chest. Years of experience managed to make sure he kept his smile hidden.
"Let Alfred know", was all he said before turning back to the computer.
Damian gave a tiny smirk, turning to leave the Batcave. Bruce wasn't the only master at hiding his emotions.
On the inside, his heart was racing. He associated the feeling with adrenaline from his League training; in reality, it was excitement, the same kind all pre-teen boys got when they're crush was coming over.
He almost scoffed at the word.
Crush.
You, also, came from a wealthy family, and took all the same classes as him. AP. Very intelligent, unlike most kids at Gotham Academy, he thought, usually accompanied with a roll of his eyes.
You didn't beg for his attention, either. Everybody else seemed desperate to be friends with Bruce Wayne's son, mostly for the popularity. You gave him a tiny wave and a smile when you caught him (to his mortification) staring at you, worked with him in class, made small-talk and friendly conversation, and that was it. He appreciated the fact that you were different, not hive-minded like the other kids.
After consulting Grayson (with Todd barging in), he had finally found the courage to invite you over.
It was simple.
He had gone over to your table at lunch, ignored your friends' pathetic giggling and blushing, and got straight to the point. He almost smiled at the look on all of your friends' faces, and allowed a small smirk when you had said yes.
He paced in the living room, waiting for your arrival.
Much to his annoyance, Dick poked his head in, beaming, before tackling him in a hug.
"I'm so proud of you! Just be yourself, okay?"
Damian wrestled him off, even more dismayed when Jason followed.
"What kind of advice is that?" the second Robin snorted.
He glanced down at Damian.
"And why is the demon-spawn getting more action than me?"
He was itching to go find his sword when the doorbell rang, much to his relief.
"Both of you, shut up", he growled, sprinting to the door.
