WACOM HELP?!?!

34 4 3

hi so my tablet is malfunctioning and I was just? wondering if anyone?? knew what was wrong with it??? or had any suggestions of how???? to fix it so yeah

(it's a Wacom Intuos pen tablet, and I'm using the connecting cable so yeah)

SYMPTOMS (all of these are not normal so don't ask if they are):

- on my painting program the lines are NOT affected by how hard I press, it just acts as if I'm pressing with the strength of the literal hulk

- none of the buttons on the top corners do anything (normally a little guide that tells you what each button does pops up in the corner of the screen every time you press a button, that AND the button actually does what it says it will) (not that I use those buttons anyway I just thought it was worth mentioning)

- the button on the stylus which usually makes it so you can scroll using the pen, or move the canvas if you're in a painting program, is right clicking? like?? that's what the OTHER button on the pen is for???? I don't need two right clicks?????

- when I do have the thing where you can control the canvas size and angle and stuff with your bare hANDS on, the controls are all weird, like, it literally does nothing it's supposed to do and everything it's not

-what. the. fuck

-I think that's it

WHAT I TRIED DOING ABOUT IT:

- unplugging and replugging BOTH ends of the connecting cable (multiple times)

- restarting the computer (at this point I was desperate ok i want my baby tablet back)

- replacing the nib on the pen

- turning the hand touching thin on and off many many times

- moving it to another usb outlet thing in the computer

- pressing hella buttons

-why me

- praying to the sweet baby jesus

- crying

- hugging it

- pleading because I literally only got it on christmas, like, it's not even a year old what the heck

-why me

- why god why

-i want my fricking drawing tablet back please I am incomplete without it

...please halp

(dang this is 341 words wow who knew I could complain for so long)

(WAIT MAYBE THE WARRANTEE IS STILL GOOD?)
