Black asphalt sea
I stood amongst thee,
Forgotten,
In the profounds unsung. This heart ever gazed
At your insipid days.Lonely it screams,
As machine-like beasts ran your streams
And vain shades towered thy waters
Through dusk, day and night.I had lost this fight
For I, forfeited in lust,
Had succumbed unjust,
Until you appeared...If you liked it, help me by giving it a vote!
