When you get those awful cramps and aches when it's your time of the month, a warm heat pack will be really useful, or another hack is to get something warm, it's just like; about something hot, and you're probably thinkin' about my first hack from this story, but I'm not copying it! I'm just making it clear, in case, if you don't have the heat bottle, whatever it's called. Or maybe you could use a cat. But if you don't have access to a kitty you could also make your own personalized heat pack, in about 30 minutes. All you need is just a tea towel or cotton material that can be microwaved. (That is very important.)

A sewing kit or machine. Fabric scissors and some good old rice. Cut your cotton material to double the size you want your heat packet to be.

A great hack is just to cut it in half until you get the right size.

And cut around the folds by keeping the tension between the fold and your scissors. Or you can measure it out and put one it with some marker and cut along the outline. But I'm just super lazy ;). Then sew the 3/4 size but me AGAIN being really lazy I made it so I only had to sew 2 because 1 was already there from the fold. Now, you can sew by hand or use a sewing machine. If you want to make sure it's secure you can double back your hand stitch over the same side

And that way you are making sure that it is NOT going to become loose. Leave about a 1cm margin as well. Once you've done that, flip it over so it looks like this cute little pouch.

And all you have to do is fill this pouch will rice for about 3 quarters of the way up. This way it still remains flexible, and easier to place over round spots LIKE MA BELLY Now seal the remaining side closed with a closing stitch and throw it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, and it's ready to use! It feels so nice and warm like a nice warm kitty :3
