Sting's condition is...

{Sting's point of view:}

"My condition is...my condition is Melanoma." I muttered sadly yet relieved finally answering the question he's been holding back from all this time.
"Melanoma? Wait...isn't that?" Gajeel exclaimed shocked.
"Wait huh? What's Melanoma?" Natsu asked confused.
"A type of skin cancer." Wendy replied worriedly.
"You usually get it from being in the sun to long." Cobra said.
"That's how I got it, I was stupid really ever since I was young I'd always been playing basket ball outside it was the only thing I cared about, I was being reckless." I sighed regretfully.
"Wait it's not at a later stage is it?!" Wendy questioned frightened.
"No it's an early stage cancer, I'm getting surgery in a few months it usually cures it but there still might be a slight chance...well I'm sure you get the point." I slowly said. There was a quiet silence no one really knowing what to say.
"I may not know you personally and I know it's rude to say this but you don't know how long Sting has left so crying about it won't help, instead you should treasure every moment you all get to spend...don't take it for granted." Cobra muttered, at least I'm pretty sure that was his name.
"Since when did you all get sentimental and deep." Wendy joked but took into consideration what he said, but still caused Cobra to grunt in annoyance.
"I don't, I just..I'm just trying to give a little life advice here." He replied clearly a little embarrassed.
"Well it's getting late kids, we should probably head home." Uncle Igneel exclaimed to Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel.
"Do you need a lift brother, I mean I know it's not that far away but you still had to walk here?" Aunty Grandine asked.
"Um....okay sure." Metallicana reluctantly replied looking at Gajeel before making his decision I wonder what was going on with those two. Wendy came up to me giving me a hug goodbye and even Natsu and Gajeel joined in on the hug, and eventually it ended up in a cheesy family group hug. It was nice though and it made me feel more relieved that I told them all the truth.
"Bye Sting!" Natsu waved as he and his family headed off.
"See ya Natsu!" After they went it was just me, Rogue, our Dad and Uncle Skiadrum.
"I'm proud of you for finally telling them Sting." My Dad told me, wearing a proud smile on his face.
"Thanks Dad, thank you all for looking out for me and dealing with my skin cancer. Hey Rogue?"
"Hm." He replied to me no longer lost in thought.
"I know your worried about me, but remember what that guy Cobra said, we should just enjoy every moment all of us can spend together. That's what I want to do, I want to spend more time with all of you and the rest of our family, I don't have to hide from them any more, and we have the make the most of the time we do have." I replied, and my Uncle Skiadrum nodded at me.
"Don't worry kid, we already planning to all go out for a meal next week" Skiadrum said. Well at least that gives me something to look forward to hopefully I'll be out of the hospital by then.

{Wendy's point of view:}

Poor Sting, I felt so bad for him, I was also worried about him. It's not fair he didn't deserve this. Why do these type of things happen to the good people? We finally arrived home and I got out of the car, noticing another black car was parked on our drive. Wait does that car belong to who I think it does?
"OH BOY LAXUS IS HOME!" Natsu shouted excitedly, and as soon as Mom unlocked the door Natsu rushed into the house. I quickly ran in after him only to see Natsu running up to Laxus with his fist outstretched.
"LAXUS FIGHT ME!" Of course as soon as Natsu said that Laxus blocked Natsu's fist and he ended up knocking Natsu out in one punch, Laxus was still as strong as ever.
"Hey big bro!" I exclaimed cheerfully giving him a nice smile. He only grunted at me in annoyance before walking past me to greet mom and dad. He still hates me then. Ever since I've known my older brother Laxus he's despised me, I don't even know why. But at least he acknowledged me this time he never even did that before. I stared enviously at my mom and dad as Laxus greeted them happily giving them a hug.

"Laxus." Gajeel said walking up to him.
"I see your still stuck here with us Gajeel, I hope it's not for to long there's only so much time left I can take tolerating you." Laxus joked.
"Hey with you coming back here I'm even more desperate to get out of this shit place." Gajeel teased back. I just at least wish I knew what I did for him to get along with the others and not me. I decided to head into the kitchen to grab myself a drink. I didn't even know he was coming back today it was like a surprise visit although with Sting's new illness, Laxus coming back and my music competition that's happening in a few months that I still need to get rid of my stage fright, I can't help but feel a little stressed.
"Are you okay sweetie?" My mom asked walking next to me.
"Mom why does Laxus hate me?" I asked, hoping she'd know the answer, although she seemed taken back by the question.
"Sweetie he doesn't hate you."
"You don't have to worry about sparing my feelings mom I already know he does. Even if he didn't hate me he definitely dislikes me." I replied sadly.
"That's not true, maybe you two just need to spend more time together, why don't you hang out somewhere tomorrow?" My mother suggested, and my eyes widened was she crazy?! Okay now I'm being mean but still.
"Mom you know he's never agree to that!" I exclaimed like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Well then invite Gajeel and Natsu along with you to and you can all hang out and do whatever it is your going to do, then it'll be less awkward. I'll make sure Natsu and-I'll just make sure that Gajeel talks to Laxus for you to see if he can get him to try and get along with you okay?" My mom asked, checking if this was okay with me.
"Okay mom." I replied, I suppose it was worth a shot, and I didn't have anything planned over the weekend anyway.

Sorry this was a little later then expected but I've been super busy and also I've been so tired because the week before this week I had a cough(like I'm always ill😂) and I'm better now but last week my cough kept me up and this week there's been a heatwave last night it was pretty cool but my sister just finished her exams went out with all her friends and one of her friends walked home with her who was drunk and they kept talking and I was just so tired and busy to update and I probably won't be able to next week either because I have tests😭 But I finally updated so yeah hope you enjoyed😂
