This Town

Chapter 9

Dean and Sam decided walk home with Cas and his siblings Gabriel, Anna, and Lucifer, plus Lucifer brought along his best friend Michael and his sister Jo and Charlie also tagged along.  When all of them walked out of the school ready to go home Cas saw Crowley sitting on a bench all alone.

"Hey Crowley, thanks for saving my butt today. Both of you really it would've gotten worse if you guys weren't there," Cas said looking both at Dean and Crowley.

"It's no problem, hm, Unicorn," Crowley said, "Unicorn? What?" Cas asked confused, he knows that Crowley calls Dean squirrel and Sam moose but unicorn? "Yeah, it fits you. Plus Alistar deserved to get knocked on his ass. He has ran the school way to long and it was getting bloody annoying," "Anyways, thank you," "As a thanks, do you wanna walk home with us? We are all going to watch a movie at Cas' house. Since he has the biggest house I've ever seen!" Sam said excitedly.

Dean knows a lot of things about his little brother and one of the weirdest things to Dean about him is he loves houses. Dean has no clue why Sammy is so obsessed with big houses he just is. Every time they go out he'll point at the prettiest houses and say, "Dean look at that one!" Dean remembers one time when they were younger they were actually looking for a new house. Sam and Dean ran off without their dad because he was paying more attention to the cheep smaller houses. When they got to the mansions Sam found one in particular and kept saying, "This is the one Dean. The one that we are gonna buy!" Sam was very excited about it, but Dean had to rain on his parade, feeling awful about it. "Sammy, this house costs to much money, you know that. It's getting dark we need to get back to dad," Dean said. Sam sadly shook his head and took Dean's hand.

"Dean. Dean! DEAN!" Cas yelled, "Hm, what!" Dean said looking around to see everyone staring at him. "What?" "You kinda went quiet for awhile and I tried to ask you something and you didn't say anything, are you okay?" Cas asked, Dean chuckled, "Oh I'm fine. Just thinking about how Sammy loves houses so much especially big ones. He got sad one time because he wanted a mansion but we couldn't afford it, oh you cried that day. Remember Sammy!" Dean said laughing, Sam was smiling too, "Yes I remember it like it was yesterday. I still have a weird obsession with houses. Especially your guys's house. It's so beautiful! I have it all planned out, my future, I'm gonna become a lawyer and marry a girl so beautiful and have three kids, two sons and one little girl," Dean was smiling and so was Cas, everyone was except for one boy in particular. You guessed it, Gabriel was the none happy little boy. Oh he was happy for Sam he's pretty sure all this would happen, but he doesn't know why the thought of Sam being married to a girl makes him so sad.

"Then," Sam continued, "We are going to have a huge house! And have two dogs, a golden retriever and a German shepherd!" He finished and everyone laughed, not because they believed it wouldn't happen, it's just because Sam's big smile was contagious. "As long as you promise I can stay in the guest room and live with you!" Dean said and everyone laughed some more. "Anyways Crowley you should come and hang out," Lucifer said, "it's the least we could do to thank you for helping Cas out," "Depends, what movie?" "Probably a horror movie I love to see the horrid looks on everyone's faces," Lucifer said chuckling deeply, "Okay Satan, enough scaring the shit out of everybody," Michael said shoving Lucifer. Everyone laughed and they started to walk to Cas' house. Michael and Lucifer were up front laughing and joking around with each other, "Are they, dating?" Dean whispered to Cas, "No, but everyone ships it and they know they will soon get together," Cas whispered back, "You ship people too?" Dean asked, "Oh hell yeah bitches, me and Cas do it all the time," Charlie said  jumping in the conversation.

Sam walked over to Gabriel and started to talk to him, "So you got some big dreams don't you Sammich, have you picked out your wife yet?" Gabriel said jokingly, "Yup!" Sam said happily. Gabriel choked on his spit and started to cough, "I was just joking," He said coughing, "Her name is Jessica and she's in my grade. She's already talking to me and everything!" Sam said, Gabriel flashed a fake smile, "Sounds like she makes you happy," Gabe said and they kept walking.

They dropped Anna and Jo off at Jo's house because they were to young to watch a scary movie. Well that was their excuse, everyone just didn't want Anna around and her and Jo were best friends so they compromised. "But I want to watch the movie!" Anna said stomping her foot, everyone gave Jo a look that said 'Help us please' Jo smiled and dragged Anna inside, "We can watch another cool movie," Jo said and slammed the door. Everyone laughed and went to The Novak's house.

Lucifer decided to make the seating arrangements, not caring if people didn't like their seats.

"Okay so here's how it's gonna go, me and Michael get the mini couch," Everyone chuckled slightly because Lucifer knows it's called a love seat but he didn't want to say. "Cas and Dean will share this chair. It is big enough for both of you and if it isn't Cas sit on Dean's lap," Everyone once again laughed because of Dean's red face, "Gabe same goes for you and Sam. Deal with it, and Charlie you sit on this bean bag and Crowley you sit on this other bean bag. Plus we have no homework so feel free to spend the night if you want. Now sit back and enjoy this horror movie called, um, oh! The Exorcist," Lucifer finished chuckling darkly once again, "What did I say Luci?" Michael said, everyone looked at the pair, "Luci?" Gabriel asked what everyone was thinking, Michael blushed, "W-What, his n-name is a mouthful," Michael said looking at the ground. Lucifer sat down, "My name isn't the only mouthful," Lucifer said smirking, Michael blushed even more, "OH LOOK THE MOVIE'S STARTING!" He yelled covering up with a blanket. He shushed everyone and everybody went silent.
