She doesn't know herself, anymore.
The once happy girl had died.
She was killed by the chemical
that infected her brain.

They've tried to do so much to help her.
But what they didn't realize was
that her only coping method
was her friends.

The people who she loved.
The people who lit up her day.
The people who she trusted.
The people who where there
for her each and every time
when she was down.

However, as she grew up,
she began to realize that she
can't always count on others
to erase her pain and misery.

So, she kept quiet,
she didn't call or text them
because she knew that
she was being too difficult
to handle.

She realized that
Summer was the
most lonilest
season for her.

And when that dawned to her,
she sobbed. She sobbed and sobbed.

And when she looked into the stars,
that night, she cried even harder.
She cried because they were so
far away and she could
hardly reach them.

This only happened
when she got too
attached.

She got too attached
by the glowing stars
that surrounded her.

And that's when the
shadows started
lurking in.
