Zeke walked faith home the night air was warm and the nearly full moon was beautiful
"Isnt that a full moon" asked faith "shouldn't you be turning"
"No the next full moon is in two days which is exciting for are pack because it's gonna be Wyatt's first full moon"
"Whos Wyatt"
"Are newest addition to the pack and he's super excited about getting to turn into his full form for the first time"
"I bet it's exciting"
"It's the best feeling you can get you get ten times stronger you get faster and your senses get dailed to eleven"
"That sounds amazing"
"Yeah it really is"
Suddenly faith stopped dead in her tracks Zeke noticed and stopped too
"Faith is everything okay"
"I just remembered that my dad told me to bring them back something to eat a-and if I don't he'll beat me" there was clearly fear in her voice
"Shit" Zeke thought for a minute "I got us covered"
"How"
"Simple we hunt"
"It'll take us a while to track down something"
"Not with my werewolf senses"
Zeke turned his head into werewolf form and sniffed the air "I smell something"
"What is it"
"Can tell but it's coming from that way" pointing to the left of them
Zeke followed his nose to the smell as it got stronger the closer they got to the source of the smell until they finally they saw a deer
"Found it" said Zeke
"How do we kill it"
Zeke took his crossbow off his back and held it out for faith to take "shoot it"
"What I can't fire a crossbow I don't know how"
"Just use the sight to aim at him and pull the trigger"
"Well okay" she took the crossbow and aimed at the deer
"Don't worry you can do it"
Faith took a deep breath she looked through the site carefully and squeezed the trigger as the arrow was released and fired going straight into the deers neck killing it
Faith dropped the crossbow and cheered "I did it!"
Zeke turned his head back to normal "you did a great job"
"And now my dad won't beat me"
"Yeah I guess he won't"
Faith hugged Zeke "thank you so much"
Zeke hugged back "your welcome"
They let go of each other Zeke pulled out the arrow from the deer and picked up the deer
"You carry the crossbow I'll carry the deer"
"Okay"
They walked back to the witch village faiths dad was still on the porch
"Well that's a mighty fine deer you brought back" her father said
"Yeah you should be proud of your daughter she killed it all by herself"
"Well faith I'm impressed not proud but impressed"
Zeke Sat the deer down on there porch "well I should be going" Zeke started to walk away
"Hold on there boy"
Zeke turned to face him "yes"
"Well tomorrow were definitely gonna eat this if you want you can join us"
"Well I probably shouldn't I'd rather not be a bother"
"Oh nonsense" he stands up and walk over to faith "we would love to have you your the one who got it here"
"Are you sure I'd rather not cause trouble"
"What kinda trouble would you cause"
"Nothing never mind I'll come"
"Well alright then we'll see you tomorrow"
Zeke started to leave again
"Zeke wait"
He turned again to face faith this time "yeah"
"What about your crossbow"
"Hold on to it for me" he then left the witch village and headed back home
