I laid next to stokeley as we were in his room watching Empire

He had been really quiet and I had asked him about it but he would simply just respond with

"I'm good"

"I'm ok"

But I knew something was wrong but I just tried to rub it off

"You wanna go somewhere?" I asked trying to break the silence

"No"

I sighed and sat up as he looked at me confused

"Stokeley come on what's wrong?" I said shaking his shoulder

"Nothing damn"

"Were going to the mall come on get
up" I demanded

"No"

"Yes"

"Indya-"

"Now"

He groaned and rolled over out the bed and headed to the bathroom

"You like this?" I asked holding up a black t shirt dress

He wasn't even looking he was staring down at his phone "yea"

"Your not even looking"

"Yea I like it can we leave now?" He said impatiently

I just stood there and gave him a face, I walked away and went to the dressing room

I waited for Indya to come out the dressing room I could tell she was upset but there is no way I could tell her what happened

Tim was my dads brother he was the one who got me into all this mess in the first place and seeing him brought memories

"I'm checking out" I looked up and saw Indya making her way to the long ass line that was in forever 21

When she returned she had about 3 big yellow bags in her hand along with some other stuff she had bought from other stores

I went in footlocker to check out some shoes

"You got these in a size 10?" I said holding up some tan Nike huaraches

"Yea hold up" he went to the back and I sat down and looked at Indya looking at some retros

I could tell she was upset so I went next to her and grabbed her waist making her turn around with the same facial expression she had since we got here

"Fix yo face"

She crossed her eyes and stuck her tongue out making me laugh

I dropped Indya off at home and I went to Jahseh house

He opened the door and stepped aside letting me in

We sat on the couch and he knew why I was here

"Stoke I had to do it" he started off

"Nigga you know I'm not trying to get back into that especially with Tim"

"I know I promise it was only one time"

"Yea it better be"
