Chapter 12:The second dream

Marco pov

Trotting into my room, was Victoria, cuddling her Whale Shark plushie. "Can we go to the supermarket, and buy some iced animals?" she asked. "No." Victoria pouted, "But I'm on my period!" "And?" "Its every excuse for us to get some...and besides, we have no milk left." Victoria huffed. "1: We're not getting any iced animals, yoi. 2: There's heaps of milk in the other fridge, yoi. 3: Having your period is no excuse to eat bad food, yoi. And besides, didn't you say that you're watching what you're eating, yoi?" I pointed out. "I deserve a reward for trying, don't I?" she asked. "You literally only just started eating good food today, yoi." I observed. Victoria groaned, sprawling herself all over my bed, "Marcooooooooooooooooooooooo this is so unfairrrrrrrr!" she whined, rolling all over my bed. "Life isn't fair in general, yoi. Are you done whining yet, yoi?" "UUUUUUUUUUUUGHGUSKABDIUUSHDIUEHFIUWE!" She groaned. 

'Jesus.'

I pushed her off the bed, and she went tumbling to the ground, "If you're hungry, just have fruit, yoi." "But that ain't filling!" "Its either apple, or starving until tomorrow morning, yoi. Vixen, it is literally midnight right now anyway, you shouldn't even be eating at this time, yoi." "But you always let me eat whatever I want at any time!" Victoria protests. "Well...not any more, yoi. Kira has told me a few things about when to eat, yoi. You're not supposed to eat any more filling food after 8-9pm, yoi...otherwise you're gonna gain weight easier because of all the fat contents in the food, yoi. Really, if I recall, you can have specific food....I just can't remember what, yoi. Its a scientific, Kira fact, yoi." I explained. Victoria puffed out her cheeks, and buried her face into my blanket, "I'm gonna die...." she sighed. "Just go to bed, yoi. You're gonna be extra cranky in the morning of you don't sleep now, yoi."

Victoria got off the bed, but quickly hugged me, before scampering out the door. I shook my head as she shut the door, "Its all gonna come back to her one day, yoi." I murmur. Before I went to sleep, I quickly checked through my phone for any notifications, and saw that I had no other notifications. Well, unless you count the spam of memes in my messenger account sent by Thatch, but I mute those. Once all was checked, I switched off my light, put my phone on charge, and got comfortable in bed.

*dream*

A scream radiated throughout the building. "MARCO! MARCO SAVE ME! MARCO I'M SCARED!" I was already on my feet, "VICTORIA!" I yelled, before I boosted it towards the door where I heard her screams. "MARCO HELP! SAVE ME! MARCOOOOOO! SHE'S HURTING ME!" No matter how fast I ran, it seemed like I was only becoming further away from saving Victoria. Eventually, I got to the door, and it disappeared as soon as I was five meters away from it. I stumbled on inside, and even tripped over my own footing. I looked up, and was horrified to see that Victoria was being held hostage..By Kira.

Kira held Victoria by her hair. Victoria was blindfolded, but I could tell by all her heavy breathing and the wounds inflicted on her, that she's bloody terrified. Kira held a pistol to her head, and looked like she was ready to shoot at any given moment. Kira had bloodshot eyes, and was visibly twitching, even from where I was sitting. 

"This woman was weak!" Kira snarled, pressing the gun harder against Victoria. "Kira! I swear to God, let her go, yoi! She's done nothing wrong, and if you don't let her go I'lll..I'll-" "I don't even think you have the guts or the balls to even hurt me, Marco!" Kira laughed, "After all...you lack heart, you know? Without heart, you're emotionless! And thats exactly how you acted each & every time I give you my all! You see all this? This is all your fault. You're a sham of a boyfriend. And because of that..." Kira hovered her finger over the trigger, "I'm gonna take away the thing you care about the most." Kira hissed. "DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE, YOI!" I yelled, charging at her.

I ran at her, but stumbled when she suddenly threw Victoria at me, "What-" But then, I heard the bang. When the bang went off, Victoria screamed, and hid behind me. I stared in shock when I realised that Kira had pointed the bullet into her head. Before I could even react, Victoria collapsed behind me. From what I could see, there was a gun wound in the same place Kira shot herself.

*dream end*

I shot out of bed, hyperventilating the fuck out. "What the....what the fuck, yoi?" I panted. Sudden flashbacks from the dream caused me to bounce out of bed, and over to Victoria's room. I swung the door open. I panted as I stared at Victoria, who was soundlessly sleeping on her bed, which was a mess as usual. 

'Its okay...she's safe...she's not in any danger..just go back to bed, yoi.'

I left the room, and went downstairs to get a drink of water. I turned on the kitchen light, and grabbed a cup of water. I downed the water in seconds.

'Why did I have another dream about Kira, killing again, yoi? She said that she won't ever kill again, and yet this is the second time I've had this dream about her, yoi. Sure, I have been worried that she might kill someone again, but nothing bad has happened yet, yoi.'

I made myself another cup of water, which I drank slowly this time. I stared down into the sink, and splashed some water onto my face. "I just hope that this is the last time I'm gonna get another dream like this, yoi." I won't admit it to anyone, but they scare the shit out of me. The thought of being murdered is horrible, but if its your girlfriend, then thats when its terrifying. 

'Maybe I should really tell Kira about these dreams..I dunno, I mean, this is only the second time I've had this dream, yoi. Maybe I should wait for if another dream comes up, yoi. Maybe after tonight, these dreams of Kira being a killer again will go away, yoi. I don't want these dreams to mess up how I love her, yoi.'
