Spaghetti (with tomato sauce and meatballs)

Serves roughly 2-4
Takes roughly 30 minutes to prepare

Plain Spaghetti:

You will need:

Water
A pan/large pot
Spaghetti (pasta)
Colander
Tongs
Salt

Method:

1. Take the pan and put it on the stove.

2. Put 4.804 cups of water in the pan per pound of pasta

3. Add the pasta to the pot

4. Once you have waited the correct amount of time (it will say on the package or you can regularly taste to see if it's ok.

Tomato Sauce: (you can buy it or use the following recipe to make it)

You will need:

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, crushed

400g can chopped tomatoes

1 tsp vegetable stock powder or ½ crumbled stock cube

1 tbsp tomato purée

1 tsp sugar

few basil leaves

(Pan)

Method:

1. Take the pan, put it on the heat

2. Put the olive oil in the pan

3. Next, add the garlic

4. Fry the garlic for 1 minute

5. Add all the other ingredients except the basil

6. Bring all the things to boil

7. Turn the heat down slightly

8. Simmer the pan while it's uncovered for 5 minutes

9. Occasionally stir the sauce

10. Tear the basil leaves

11. Add them to the sauce

Meatballs:

You will need:

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup whole milk

1 pound ground beef

1 pound ground pork

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 stick butter, softened

2 large eggs

1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil, for frying

Method:

1. Take the milk and breadcrumbs and mix them together

2. Put the beef and port into a big bowl

3. Add the onion, butter, eggs and parsley

4. Season this all with a good amount of salt and pepper

5. Add the milky-breadcrumbs

6. Mix them all together with your hands

7. Form balls about the size of table tennis balls

8. Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a pan

9. Fry the meatballs for about 15 minutes until they're brown and fully cooked.

How to mix them all together:

1. First add the cooked spaghetti to the tomato sauce

2. Mix well while still on a low heat

3. Turn off the heat and add the meatballs

4. Serve on plate and enjoy!
