because when you snap one stick, two more appear in it's place

ha it occured to me last night that since it's only going to take me like, four more months or something to finish the book I'm writing, I'm probably going to have to draw a cover so I'm just trying to make some concept art fast (sanik fast)

okay have you ever looked at a piece of art and thought "ok, I tried, and that's what counts" bc that's what I'm thinking rn. ( I just realized I forgot to draw the end of the rope whoops)(and shade her hair). Also ropes are hard to draw, I've found. they're too even for my shaky hands to draw.

also I may or may not be on a mini-hiatus until thursday, because I'm going on a vacation tomorrow and depending on whether or not the wifi in the Grand Hotel is good, I might not be able to update sorry.

Oh yeah we're going to Mackinac Island. We go there pretty much every year. It's gonna be fun :)

But the dinners there are always like three hours long, and by the end of the trip I'm always lusting for a microwave mac-and-cheese. (but to be honest, when am I not lusting for a microwave mac-and-cheese)
