Wedding Plans

Me and Mon-el sat down at the table in my apartment. We are soon going to get a house somewhere but right now we have to focus on wedding plans. Oh the dreaded things. We spent an hour planning and discussing and then finally, we finished.

Cake - chocolate
Date - July 9th (2 months from now)
Place - By the water
Guests - Kara's mom, Hank, Clark, M'ghann, Cat, Lucy
Bridesmaids - Lena, Lois, Maggie, Lyra
Maid of Honor - Alex
Groomsmen - James
Best Man - Winn

We only wanted it to be a small wedding and reception. Once we finished my phone started to ring. I looked at the caller ID, Lena. A/N itallics is Lena, bold is Kara

What's up? Do you need anything?
No. But, we are going dress shopping today. You, me, Maggie, Alex, Lois, and Lyra. Also James said something about him and Winn dragging Mon-el for tux shopping.
Okay. I'll be ready in ten minutes. And I'll let Mon-el know. Bye Lena.

Time Skip

We had been around shopping for an hour. We finally went into a bridal shop and found everything we needed.

We got everything we needed and by that time it was dark outside. I said goodbye to the girls and flew back to my waiting apartment to find my fiancé. I went to kiss him but he shrank away, weird. Usually Mon-el is dying to kiss me. I felt like crying?
"Mon-el? What's wrong?" I asked. "I feel guilty." "Why?" I questioned, extremely confused. "Because this girl flirted with me and even though I explained to her how I wasn't interested and how I had a fiancée, Winn said I would still get in trouble with you." He muttered. Okay. He is adorable.
I just laughed at his silliness. Vowing silently to kill Winn later, I finally spoke to a confused Mon-el. "Mon-el I'm not mad. Winn doesn't know what he's talking about. I'm really glad you pushed her away and proud of you for not lying to me, even though you thought you would be in trouble. I love you" I say. He grins and pulls me towards him. "I love you too" he says, our bodies pressed together. I give him a kiss then lead the two of us to bed.
