"And look there's the big dipper." Justin pointed up at the sky.
"It's pretty."
"Yeah." He nodded and ran his fingers through my hair.
I closed my eyes against his chest and felt him breathing, smelled his familiar scent from his shirt, his comforting touch running through my hair.
I'd be without it for two weeks, unless he came to Britain.
"Sometimes I wish we could just run off and get married now." He muttered.
"Then why don't we?"
"Because our families would be ticked and it's not June 12th."
I laughed and shook my head.
"No it's not."
"When you come back we can really start planning everything. Food, place, people. You name it. Whatever you want."
"It's your wedding too."
"I know, but it's also your day to be my princess."
"I thought I was your princess." I teased.
"Oh you are, but you know what I mean."
"Yeah, I do." I laughed again and lifted up my head. "It's still your day too."
"Ok, well we'll figure it out when the time comes."
I nodded and kissed him shortly.
"Did you have fun with Ryan today?
"Yeah, I did. He was pretty nervous about tonight."
"Oh, with Erikka? So was she. What are they doing?"
"He's taking her to see a movie I think. I don't remember which one."
"They'll have fun anyway."
"So I'll be in Britain for a few days while you're there for my concert, and then I have to move on to France. By the time you're in Texas I'll have wrapped up the tour so I can join you there."
"Ok."
"But before you go, I want to play you something. I have to get up."
"Alright." I laughed and sat up. I watched him walk over to the car and pull out his guitar, walking back over for me.
"So ever since we had that talk at the beach, about us, I wanted to play this for you, because it seems like it fits what you've been through, and I guess I thought you'd like to hear it from me."
"Ok." I smiled at him and scooted closer.
I watched him put his capo on the guitar, 4th fret, and tried to figure out in my head what song it was.
I looked back up at him and smiled as he started to play.
'Turn the music up,
little louder.
Hey.
Say you had a lot of crooks tryna steal your heart
Never really had luck, could never figure out
How to love,
how to love
You had a lot of moments that didn't last forever
Now you in a corner tryna put it together
How to love,
how to love,
for a second you were here
Now you over there,
it's hard not to stare the way you moving your body like you never had a love,
