Sorry everyone that I haven't updated in a long time. I had issues with a person at school and I went to D.C and a bunch of summer work. But I'll be updating from now on.
Thank you all for 2k on this book!!! ;)
This part won't really be lovey-dovey, but it's like a lawyer and client relationship.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You were an unlucky person. Always getting in accidents, being super clumsy, or just being at the wrong place at the wrong time. It was tragic to be honest, but you got through it and always seized the day.
But, this time, you weren't so sure.
_______________
A few days ago, you were shopping at the supermarket and just come out of the store and you were walking on the street. While you were walking, you felt like someone was following you. Just to make sure, you looked behind your back and saw no one. You shrugged it off and looked forward.
And blacked out.
You woke up in an alley and looked around yourself and saw a knife with blood on the ground and touched it. You had a feeling that something bad was about to happen.
You dropped the knife and saw bodies on the ground...dead bodies.
You were going to call 911 but it looked like someone already beat you to it. You saw the police all around you, surrounding you without giving you any space.
"Miss, you are under arrest for the murder with several people," a police said, taking out her handcuffs.
"W-wait, no, I-I didn't do it!" exclaimed.
But you were taken away anyway.
"Miss L/N. Are you sure you didn't do this?" Phoenix asked. He came to the detention center today to ask you about the incident and to know more about you. You knew about him already. You were in his college class and talked to each other every now and then.
"I'm sure Phoenix. And you can call me F/N," you chuckled.
"R-right. Of course," he said.
He proceeded to ask you more about the case and talked to you until visiting hours were over.
Guilty.
Those words were running through your ears like wildfire. The judge came to a sad conclusion to the trial. This isn't real, this isn't real. Your mind kept repeating those words and kept thinking that it was all a dream. No, this wasn't. It wasn't.
But it was.
"N-no! Your Honor, please give us one more day!" Phoenix said, with tears streaming down your face.
"It's okay, Phoenix," you mumbled.
"No, it's not okay!"
"It's okay, you can stop fighting for me. It's alright," you said.
After
all
you
were
just
an
unlucky
girl.
