~this isn't happening~

Carter pov.

I've been awake for hours now and the only think I can think about is Alexa. They won't let me see her and I don't know why! No one in this fucking place is telling me anything. All they tell me is they will let me know what's going on when they can. What kind of shit is that.

"Carter we are here to ask you some questions" a tall guy said I think he was a cop. What do they need to talk to me about ?

"I'll talk when someone fucking tells me what's going on with my girlfriend! Why can't i fucking see her" yelled back making him jump a little bit at my sudden actions.

"Sir calm down"

"No don't tell me to fucking calm down !! All I want to know is if she is okay and still alive and not one of you motherfuckers can do that" god these people are really starting to fucking piss me off.

"If you don't calm down sir you are going to be in a lot more trouble than you already are"

"What do you mean trouble I didn't do anything I was just in a really bad car accident with my girlfriend and all I want is to know she is okay" I said calmer than before.

" look I understand where your coming from and not know what's going on must be driving you crazy right now but we needed to ask you something's if you cooperate with me and answer the questions I'll tell you what I know about Alexa"

"Okay what do you want to know"

"Who is Alexa to you" he asked

"She is my girlfriend or 4 months"

"Okay, where were you headed before you got into the car crash"

"She had a miscarriage two days ago and I was talking her to the doctors appointment that she had.... Tears were streaming down my face trying to explain the accident to him. It so hard to talk about and it's even more hard not knowing what is going on with Alexa. "We where on our way when he told me to watch out but by the time I saw what she was yelling about it was too... Everything happen so fast then the next think I know Alexa was laying on the hood of my car not responding and that's all I can remember before I blacked out"

"Calm down sir"

"Calm down how can I fucking calm down" I spat back though the tears " now that your done asking questions tell me what happened to Alexa"

"I'm not done with questions... How do you know Alexa"

"We meet about 7 months ago" I didn't feel like going into details with this guy considering that I met Alexa when I basically kidnaped her but it was only to keep her safe from her dad.

" are you sure about because from what she says, she has no clue who you are and that the only think she remembers about you is that you kidnapped her and beating and raping her. So I'm going to ask you again, is Alexa your girlfriend"

"Yes she is my fucking girlfriend now let me fucking see her" this isn't happening she has to remember me. I will go to jail if she doesn't... They think that I'm just her kidnaper and that I raped her. I mean yes I know all that is true but I don't know what was going on with me when I did that to her and she forgave me we where some what back to normal again. " LET ME FUCKING SEE HER" I yelled. These people are really starting to piss me the fuck off.

" Austin Carter Mahone you are under arrest for the rap and kidnaping of Alexa Hanson"

" what are you fucking talking about that's my girlfriend" I yelled

" "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you?"

This can't be happening....

Alexa pov.

No one will let me see carter I don't know what's going on. He is only down the hall from me and the only reason I know yeah is cuz I can hear him yelling and flipping out on the doctors. I don't know why they won't let us see each other.

It's been a week since the car wreck and the doctors were really surprised when that I still had my memory. I mean some of it's kinda blurry and I have to really put the pieces back together to remeber it but I know who Carter is he is the love of my life and that's all that matters ! So I don't know what's going on. But the other day when I woke up I was asked a bunch of questions about carter and I was on so many drugs that I can't even remeber what my answers were.

" Miss Hanson I am here to inform you that Mr. Mahone will no longer be able to hurt you anymore he has been arrested for the rap and kidnaping of you. I hope you have a happy safe life now"

" WHAT DO YOU MEAN ARESSTED FOR THE RAP AND KIDNAPING OF ME... What is going on fuck what did I tell them ? HE DIDNT DO ANY OF THAT YOU CANT DO THIS" i was in tears by now this isn't happening.

" from what you said the other day mam we can" he said then walked out. When I looked up I saw carter standing in the hall in hand cuffs. I did the first think that came to mind

"CARTER" I yelled i jumped out of my bed not even giving a fuck that I wasn't suppose to be up and walking.

"ALEXA BABY" he was crying why can't they see that they have it all wrong. "I love you please know that" he said as I warped my arms around him. We stayed like this for a while just crying into each other arms .. This can't be a happening . Why don't they let him go ? Can't they see that I love him and he didn't do anything.

" miss Hanson I'm going to need you to let go of mr. Mahone and get back in bed"

"Please just let him go he didn't do anything wrong can't you see that" I cried but it didn't work. Then everything happening so fast. All I remember was then taking carter away then everything want black.

OMG Carter is under arrests for the rap and kidnapping of Alexa !! WHAT!!!

This chapter sucks I know I'm sorry. And I know it's short I'm sorry about that too.... 😞
