K: I wrote Warren in as a hint that Ryder did actually like Kali because he got jealous when Warren started showing her attention.
But if you want a story-related answer, Kali forgot it was in her pocket and put her jeans in the washing machine.
Y: What happened with Isabelle and William?
K: They are in elementary school, living their little kid life like little kids do.
Y: why did all those guys start liking kali at kinda the same time??
K: I wanted to show that Kali attracted quite a few guys. Like quite a few. Just like us. There's probably plenty of guys or girls that are super into you or think you're cute but you just don't catch it. In the case of this book Kali caught everyone.
