Chapter 2

I open my eyes, but then close them because of the beaming light shining through my window. I felt an arm gently wrapped around my waist, so I followed it to reveal Drew.

He then moved impossibly closer to me and buried his head in my neck. I smiled at his action. He's like a warm giant teddy bear.

He was fast asleep so I decided to wake him up. "Wake up sleepy head." I sit up in the bed leaving his head to rest on my stomach.

He doesn't wake up so I keep trying to wake him up, but still, he doesn't. Hmm... I push him off the bed making him fall into the floor.

He's still asleep? It's like he didn't even feel that... You know what, I have a better idea.

"I'll be back I'm just gonna get some ice cold water." I whisper as I get out of the bed and walk to my bathroom.

I pour some cold water into the big cup and walk back to Drew. "I'm sorry, but you asked for this." I slightly tip it over letting only one drop hit his face, and he still doesn't wake up.

I guess we're going to have to do this the hard way. I pour all the water out of the cup and onto his face. He jumps up from the floor, wiping the water from his face.

"Seriously?" Wow this is by far the loudest I've heard him talk. "Sorry, but you wouldn't wake up." I smirked as he glared at me.

I just laughed as the water dropped from his hair to his face and to his shirt. "I'm gonna go get ready for coffee." He walks out of my room and to his room.

I giggle as I walk to my bathroom to take a shower. Once I was done I got dressed and put some jeans on along with a nice shirt.

"Ready?" He knocked on my door. "Yea, just a few more seconds." I brush my hair leaving it down.

"Let's go."I walk out of my room to see Drew standing right across from it. "You want to take my car or yours?"

"Yours is fine." I smile at him as I open the door and lead us to the parking place.

We pull up to starbucks, order our drinks and sit down in an empty table.

I'm the first to start the conversation and in the end we have a lot of things in common, which is pretty cool. We laugh and talk the whole time.

Not at all did he mumble or be shy. So far from what I learned about him he's really fun, sweet, and funny.

I'm actually really glad hes my roommate. I wouldn't want it to be anybody else.

Andrews pov

I had a really fun time with Julie today. I love how she's outgoing and not really shy, which is the exact opposite of me.

I'm shy and I mumble a lot, but with Julie I was actually able to speak up the whole time. Even with my friends I mumble, I don't know why, but I feel like a different person around her.

Ugh... School starts tomorrow "I made some pancakes, you want some?" Julie knocked on the door.

I open my door to see her standing with a plate filled with pancakes stacked on top of each other.

"Pancakes for dinner?" I asked raising my eyebrow. "You can never go wrong with pancakes." She responds with a smirk.

"I guess." She hands me the whole plate of pancakes along with a fork. "I can't finish all of this by muself."

"I ate the other half of that, I'm pretty sure if I can eat that much you can." She shuts her door leaving me with the plate. I sigh knowing I'm going to have to eat this all.

"We have any syrup?" I yell through her door. "I left it on the counter." She replied. I walk to the kitchen and pour some syrup.

"Where's the remote." I mumble to myself. I walk up to the tv stand and look for the remote. Once I find it I turn on the tv and put on soccer.

"Hey." Julie sits down next to me and watches the tv. "Hey" I smile. We watch tv for about 30 minutes.

Her head rested on my shoulder and she was fast asleep. I slowly got up from the couch and picked her up. I took her to her room and put her down on her bed.

"Wait." She mumbles I turn around to face her. "Stay." She mumbles again.

"I have to go to my bed." As I start to walk away she grabs my arm turning me around.

"Please." She pouts her lip as I sigh. "I guess I can stay, but only for a little bit." I lay down next to her. Within a few minutes she's already asleep.

I was about to get up, but she turned around to and put her arm around my waist. I guess I can stay the night in here... again.

She moves her head and rests it on my chest. I run my fingers through her soft brown wavy hair.
