The News Day

Sprawling on the bed , my head was hardly swimming in a deep lake of thoughts and memories .. maybe even worries ... Until I got rescued by the wonderful voice of Justin Bieber ,
No sooner had I enjoyed the blessing and the warmth of his voice than I realized that I was missing a phone call
I wasn't intended to answer until my gaze fall on my mom's name o  the screen.. I got up as fast as I can and hurled to answer her

" hey mom.. I'm ..I'm sorry I didn't know that it was you .. Erm .. Sorry " I apologise feeling ashamed

I was ashamed cause I know that I wasn't spending much time with her like I used to .. Cause I know that I've been a cocky selfish daughter who only care about her love life

" it's okay honey .. I thought you were asleep " she mused

" no I was just eeeeeh thinking about .. Things .. " I murmured confusingly

" okay okay .. Listen up .. Put your cutest dress on and find your way immediately to the grand mall "

" Ahh what .. Why? .. Aa-aaa okay okay I'll ... "

" honey we're gonna go shoppiiing ... I'm so excited ..plus I have some good news for you " she added joyfully

" OMG really .. Can't wait to know about it .. Ohhhh .. 15 minutes and I gonna be sticking to you "

" okay I'll be in the Antonio Ice-Cream "

" Mom!! " I said emotionally ... But she already hung up

" I just wanna say that I love you " I muttered

I hurled to the closet.. Picked a white princess shape dress which was my favorite one.. ( If it was up to me I would go for a shirt and tight jeans but since she said the cutest then that was the best choice) I wore a sparky light grey sneakers as to make it a sport chic look particularly because I know that it gonna be very tiring and with a small light grey hand bag.. A fresh makeup and some perfume .. I was perfectly ready in less than 7 mins

I wrapped my arms around her collar bones as she seemed everything but surprised

" that's fast " she giggled as she turned her face to kiss my cheek

" just because you said so " I giggled

I pulled a chair and sit toward her

" you look gorgeous sweetheart " she added looking me dazzlingly

" not as much as you Mom .. So what's all this about .. I mean you look shiny and light up much more than the usual "

" you lighten my whole life honey ... Tell me first Do you want an ice-cream or.. " she asked but got interrupted

" no no no .. I'd waist my dress so it be better if I shun every accident hhh .. But wait you said that you have a good news , so what is it about ??" I questioned cheerfully

" OMG ...god bless your memory ..... Just don't be in a hurry " she said calmly and confidently

" okay madam I'll wait " I mimicked

" let's go my ninny " she said , grinning at me as she get up not forgetting to leave money for what she had

We walked arm in arm talking about everything joyfully , checking all the garments of each shop we got into ... I bought so many things that were really expensive ... Well I didn't wanna embarrass my mom but she insisted giving the fact that we didn't do things like this for a long while ago but I had a hunch that she was aiming for something big...
I was quite confused as I had very mixed feelings about was she'll come out with , good or bad I just want this news to be revealed cause it's really killing my neurons

Lost in my thoughts , I was holding firmly my mom's elbow simply because I was concentrating more on thinking than on walking
Until I was badly hit by someone's shoulder ... Well it wasn't like a normal hit , it was a planned hit...
I rose my head to see who did that and slowly as I scrutinize each part of her body My eyes had finally reached hers
I was looking at her with a no emotional face while she was still standing there saying no word in response

" what , are you waiting for me to apologize or something " I teased, shrugging my shoulders

" ahh no .. eerrm , sorry .. I'm hmm.. I was looking at you to see what did he found in you which I don't have and believe me I just couldn't take my eyes off you cause you're really stunning " she replied picking her words intently

I was thinking to ask her if she was a lesbian but then I thought that it's gonna be a snide remark so I just went back with my memory to mope more on her words

" well thanks for the compliment , but who you meant by " he " " I asked making a ( why ) mime with the hand that wasn't holding on my mom who was literally paying no heed for the whole conversation

" Heh .. Sorry I forgot to tell you ... I'm mmm .. Well I'm your boyfriend's Ex " she confessed feeling confused at first but then she boomed out everything inside her

Somehow the word boyfriend caught my mom's attention , and now she was scanning the girl in front of her ... I don't know what she was thinking about when she let out a slight teasing laugh, but she just did, she then gave Me a sweet affective peck and mentioned that she is gonna be in the APM shop and leave
I kept my gaze on her till she was like 10 feet away from us then rolled my eyes to look at my new enemy .. She was still looking at me with a large fake smile clouding her face

" so you're back " I smirked

" didn't he tell you that " she questioned feeling like if she won a war

" he told me the whole scene , so don't even try to made up things " I replied feeling confident and Powerful

" heh , he did... Hhh.. Ohh great .. What a faithful lover " she teased
( a doomed try baby.. I could smell her sadness and anger)

" you know what ... Just tell me what you want from me cause I'm kinda busy here " I said , waggling my bags

" you snatched Sam from me Mona , and you're asking me what I want , come on... Don't be silly " she shrieked

" first try not to be savage cause we are in a public area , and let me tell you something honey .. Sometimes you just have to climb down and try not to scold others for something you've done .. Okay !" I replied bluntly poking her at the " Okay "

She clenched Her fist looking as if she's going to hit me ... But her intention faded away when we both heard a loud screech coming out of the blue ( a man's voice)
