Chapter 4

ANOTHER

Anthony wakes up with angelic voice outside the room. He looks around the room and Tiana is not on her bed. He get up from the couch and tie his hair. He can guess Tiana is the one who makes this awesme voice. He tries to follow the voice and find a small room, turned out that's​ a home-built studio.

"Oh hey, wake up lazy boy?" She puts back her guitar and turn hr chair. "Umm, yeah. And you wake up early."
"She doesn't sleep, stupid." Suddenly Blake comes in with 2 bowls of cereal. She put one in front of Tiana then eat the other. "Hey, you don't make one for me?" Anthony complain, seeing that he got nothing for beakfast. "Nope, you don't pay me. She did." She pointed out to Tiana. Tiana doesn't touch the bowl.
"Give it to him Blake, I don't have the will to eat."
"Really? Uhh, okay." Blake take the bowl and give it to Anthony. Tiana look at Blake, give a sign that she need to leave her with Anthony. Blake nodded and go out. "Why you don't eat? What if you get sick?" Anthony puts one spoon of cereal while keeps talking. Tiana lays the back of her head and stretches her back. "No, I'm fine. But you need to eat well." Anthony looks at her awhile then giggles. "Yeah."

They don't talk again, to let Anthony eat peacefully. After he finished the bowl, he insists to start a talk again."You know what, if me, Flea, John,and Chad had a baby, I'm sure it's gonna like you."
"Wait what?" She can't believe what she just heard and almost burst a laugh."Yea, you love to write like me, had the spirit of animal like Flea, cool as fuck like Chad, and such a guitar killer like John. Can be fucking calm too."
"Hahahahaha, you fucking serious?" He nodded while drinks some water. "Well, if you say so. Thank you."

"What do you think of John?" She suddenly comes with a question, out of nowhere."What? Umm.. he's great, really talented. I guess he's a gift, after Hillel. Why? You like him?" He says, sarcastically. "Nothing. Just asking." Seeing John kinda reminds her of Hillel. She can't help it. In the other hand, Anthony just can stand the whole jokes he could put on this topic."What? Turned on seeing him playing guitar? Hahaha."
"What? Nope. Shut up Anthony. I'm just, I don't know, maybe because of Hillel." Her face turns gloomy and makes Anthony feels guilty."Oh, okay, sorry then."

At the other place John couldn't sleep as well. He spent his time writing and thinking. He loves to do that everytime he can."Don't sleep John?" Flea come in, bring a cup of tea for him. The smell of it makes te whole room becomes calming. John takes a sip from it before answer him, "Umm, yes. I had a lot to think."
"Like what?"
"I don't know, it just crossed my mind real fast. Can't recognize it for sure." He take a sip again and give it again to Flea,"That's enough, thank you." Flea take the cup and about to leave when John call him again. "What do you think about Tiana?" Flea start to giggles. He know John's gonna ask about her, soon or later. "She's uh, hot and beautiful."
"Oh come on Flea, you know me. I mean the other things. Haha."
"Okay. Umm. We know her when we both attended Fairfax. She's this kind of girl who didn't even try to flirt with anyone. She didn't give a fuck about it. 4 of us once had a table talk just to discussed about her." "Hahaha. Really? Then?"
"Yea, me and Jack just see her as high school crush you know. But Hillel and Anthony, they had this umm, game or competition to get her. They're like crazy to take off her resting bitch face. You know what I mean right? You must saw it yesterday like all night." Flea makes a point and John agree."Yes, I noticed it. Then what happened with them?"
"I honestly never know if Anthony really serious about this or just playing around to pissed Hillel because he had a girl back then. But Hillel, he really into this girl, and she was kinda into him too. One day both of them confessed to her, Hillel and Anthony. But Anthony was unlucky back then, and she didn't even think twice to pick Hillel. I think it's kinda funny because I never saw rejection on Tony before." John giggles, "Yea, it's hard to believe because he's like a sex magnet."
"That's exactly what I mean! And after that Hillel and her had a long time relationship before...." He takes a breath before he can continue, "......Before he died. She was really confused, even had a breakdown. She won't see us at all, until last night. You see the guitar she played yesterday? It was once Hillel's. James gave it to her as Hillel ever told him to." Both John and Flea take a deep breath as Flea finished the story. "Yea, but she's a tough girl after all. Trust me." He tries to light up the conversation. "Oh, and one thing, you think she's just ordinary Fairfax girl? Hell no. She's a daughter of Steve Hopkins. She's Tiana Hopkins."
"Fuck! You serious? That bossy man from Capitol? You must be joking right?" Flea smirks "At first time we knew that, it's hard to believe. But it's true. I remember the first time we hung out and suddenly Steve drag her home. We confused at first until one of our classmate told us. We knew nothing before." "Whoaaa, how can nobody recognized her?"
"We found out that she ran out from home to live with her mom because she hated him, and I think still does. She choose to live a tough life. Protective dad? It's a fucking no for her. Her mom also the one who put her in Fairfax."

They ended up talking about their high school story all day.

SHOW TIME

5 days later

It's almost the end of the year and Anthony thinks it's the right time to call her back.
"Hei, Lone, it's me. I've been thinking for days and I know I've been a jerks to you." He starts the conversation with a nice and smoth tone."What do you want Tony?"
"Listen, I want to say sorry to you and...." There's a silence appears before he can continue. "Can you please come back? I mean, to me? I miss you."
"What do you think of me Tony? You dumped me okay? That's enough for me to not come back to you."
"But Lone, I'm just.... Hello. Lone?" She hung up the phone and it's pretty clear that she won't continue the relationship with him. He realized that this is his fault and can't complain about anything.

In the other place, Tiana just came back from the Center Club after a couple of performance. She has the guitar case on her back. She usually take a bus to home but she can't, because it's almost new year's eve and bus usually full of people,she hates it. She decide to walk to home and take a shortcut at the alley so she doesn't have to walk too far. "Yes Blake. I'm gonna back home soon. I know. You wanna have a date with Slash right? Okay, have fun!" She hung up the pay phone and go outside to the alley.

There's no one there and it's kinda dark, she can barely see anything. She hold up her guitar case and run a little bit. But then a guy pull her guitar case and resulted her to fall on her right arm.
He tries to take the guitar from her but since it was from Hillel, she can't giving up.

She's a pretty strong girl but the situation of the alley can't help. She can't see her attacker really well so she is screaming right away. "Help!!!!! Help me!" The attacker can't help but stab her stomach and run, afraid of being caught. She falls on her back, try to lean on a wall behind her. She knows there's nobody near, it's totally a problem now. "Oh shit." She put her hand on her wound, just to feel a lot of blood comes out. Then she remembers there's a pager she rarely use inside the guitar case. She just can hope the pager still working.

Her hand shaking and her eyes slowly blurred. There's a lot of blood comes out, makes her vision starts to fade away.

Help. St. Grg. Alley
She sends it to Anthony.

Anthony just finished take a bath when he notice something from his pager on the table. He recognizes it as Tiana, he got freaked out because she rarely use her pager and it seems like emergency situation for him. But he can't understand what she was talking about. "Blake, do you know anything about St. G-r-g alley?" He spell exactly what Tiana sent him to Blake on the phone.
"I don't know what you're talking about but I think it's St. George street. Oh, and yes it has some alleys but there's one alley beside the Center Club. Oh, that's where Tiana usually had performance. Why asking?"
"Umm, nothing. I'll call you later. Say my love to Slash. Haha." He quickly hang up the phone and drive.

He go out and speed his car, also see his pager a couple times just in case she sends another. When he almost arrives, he see around the street, looking for anybody who might see her but there's no one.

He stops the car in front of the alley that Tiana told him. He get really aware because it's dark, then he see someone sits on the ground, with back on the wall. He then get a clear vision that it's her. It's Tiana. She put her head to the side of a trash can, unconscious. "Tiana! Hey, hey, wake up." He touch her arm and cheeks a couple times before he touch something that blood-alike on the ground. "What??" He check her body and find a wound on her lower abdomen. There's a lot of blood coming out.

He quickly take her on his back and go to his car, put her on the backseat and drive as fast as he can.

"Tiana! Wake up!!! Don't... Don't die okay? Please.." he keep calling her while he's driving.

"Don't do this!!! Don't leave me like this T!!"
