I always think of comic and stories ideas before falling asleep. I guess it's because I'm bored so i overthink. But that feeling of hoping not to forget the next morning always bothers me, so I go quickly scrawl out a short draft! It works, and I feel relaxed at night, and I can work on it the next day!
