Gods that walk among us

Introduction

  We've all heard the stories of the great gods that sit high on their thrones on mount Olympus or in the depths of the underworld. Their legends give examples to all that are willing to listen, but what if they are not just legends and stories? What if they actually walked and lived among us as seemingly mortal beings? Well, it's true, they have lives, jobs, and friends. Though, because they are immortal they need to find a new place to live every ten to twenty years, as to not be discovered. What happens when these gods and goddesses decided that they want to create a new race of humans, that are more obedient and will put far more faith in the great gods? Then again, what will happen when one falls in love with a human and doesn't follow through with the plan?
