That day was the first and last time i would see him...
That boy...
*flashback*
I hear a faint thump on my window before i hear a soft yell.
Once i opened my door, i saw Ash waiting for my shyly with a big smile on his face.
I climb out of my window and go to him.
Ash reaches his hand out for me and I take it.
"Close your eyes ok?"
"Where are you taking me Ash?"
"You'll see, just keep your eyes closed."
"Alright..."
I keep my eyes closed as he leads me somewhere i've never been before.
It smells different, like dew and the outside spring air.
Flowers.
I can smell flowers and i hear crickets.
We suddenly stop
Ash says "Now, open your eyes. Slowly though."
As I open my eyes, I see a big cherry blossom tree that is big enough to hang over the pond in front of it.
There are fireflies and small pink petals floating down into the water.
I see Ash waiting for me at the tree.
I walk over to him as I watch the scenery around us.
We both lay down and look up at the stars just enjoying our company with each other.
Ash whispers to me something that I would always remember and smile back on..
"I like your eyes, and everything about you. I wish i could always protect you from those boys."
Then I whisper something to him,
"I wish you'd stay by me."
He chuckles softly as my face blushes bright red.
We stay silent after that and fall asleep together, looking at the full moon and the stars.
Then when morning hit, he was gone.
It all felt like a dream.. to be accepted.
*flashback over*
I lay looking up at the clear blue sky and wonder 'when will i be able to see him again?'
