Trapped with the boss

A/n  ok so this is in season one because that is what season I'm on, also this is mostly revolve around tony because he's my favorite but if you have a request put it in the comments and I'll do the best I can (keep it pg-13 please) and it doesn't have to be about tony if you can think of something that isn't just about him that would be great. 3rd pov

It's been a long day of solving a crime for Gibbs team, Corporal Dave Jackson had been shot in the head and left out in the sea only to be found by fishers in there fish nets, long story short him and his wife was going through a divorce because he found out she cheated on him and because the girl was insane and murdered him and dumped him in the sea.

Tim, Kate, tony and Gibbs were doing there reports about the mission and because they got back late it was 11:30 when Tim and Kate got done, only leaving tony and Gibbs to there work, Kate stood up and grabbed her things, "alright I'm done for the night. See ya tomorrow" she said heading for the elevator, "wait hold the elevator, bye guys" Tim said grabbing his coat and bag and went to the elevator just when she stepped in and went down with her. Leaving the 2 agent alone to there work.

After 25 minutes of typing they both got done with there reports almost at the same time, tony sighed as me rubbed his face with his hands and stood up grabbing his stuff and turned around to see Gibbs already walking to the elevator, "come on dinozzo, might wanna get a move one before the elevator shuts off for the night" he said pressing the button, tony hurried and went to stand next to him waiting for the doors to open.

Once they did the both stepped inside and stared going to the first floor, as the door closed tony leaned against the back wall waiting to get home and go to bed, and he could tell Gibbs was dying to do the same - or work on his boat.

But suddenly the elevator stoped and the lights inside turned off, it was pitch dark you couldn't see your own hand, "what happened?" Tony asked and Gibbs heard the hint of fear in his voice, and Gibbs heard it even if it was just a little bit, "calm down it just shut off for the night and it won't start again till six" Gibbs said, "wait so we're stuck in here" he said even though he new the answer, "mhmm" was his only reply.

Suddenly the emergency lights came on and they could finally see again even if it was dim lighting, Gibbs sighed and put his bag and coat in back left corner of the elevator and slid down the wall and sat with his knees up and his arms resting on his legs, seeing that tony was still just standing there he said, "might as well get comfortable dinozzo where going to be here a while"  tony sighed and put his stuff in the corner next to him and sat down as well with his left leg straight and his right leg bent in front of him.

It was silent for a few minutes before tony decided to break the silence, "how is it we managed to get in the elevator as soon as it shut off?" He said thinking Gibbs wasn't going to say anything but to his surprise he said, "we are just that good I guess" he said.

They had some conversations and gibbs even told Tony how he got stuck in the elevator when he was the new guy and they made him stay late because he was last to start his paperwork and Tony couldn't help but laugh a little, earning a head slap, after a hour they ran out of things to talk about so it was silent one again, Gibbs saw that tony started to get a bit twitchy, he had his head down  and was tapping his thumb on the floor, "claustrophobic dinozzo?" Gibbs asked worried for the younger man but didn't let it show, "um just a little bit, after being in a freezer for who knows how Long small spaces just arent that fun" Tony said trying to calm down a bit.

Gibbs just stay there watching him as he took in deep breaths and let them out slowly, gibbs looked at his watch to see it was aroumd 1:30 in the morning, he looked back over to Tony and said, "its late tony, go  to sleep we wont get out of here till six" tony looked at his boss, "what about you" tony asked crawling over to the right side wall and laying down using his coat as a pillow, "I'll stay up a bit longer, I always do working on my boat anyways" Gibbs said.

Tony nodded laying his head down, with one last glance at gibbs he closed his eyes, gibbs watched as his sr field agents breathing evened out letting him know he was asleep, Gibbs stared at tony and sighed.

He stood up and walked over to him and sat above Tony's head and ran his hand through his hair, he couldn't help it after losing Shannon and Kelly he always felt so alone even with the people he sees as family, but when tony came along he always seen him as a Son he just never really showed that he cared about him that much,and even though the younger man was annoying  he always tried his hardest and because of tony he didn't feel so alone anymore.

He looked at his watch to see it was 2 am, he sighed and soundlessly stood up and went to the other side of the elevator and laid down across from tony, he used his coat as a pillow and after one last look at tony he fell asleep.

5:59 am

Both tony and Gibbs were still asleep very peacefully.... that is until at exactly at soon as the clock hit 6 it started to life again, the sudden movement woke both agents up at the same time both sitting up suddenly only to realize they were finally free from there prison.

They looked at each other and stood up to grab there stuff and once they did they turned to look at the now open door at the first floor, Gibbs sighed and pushed the button that closes the door and pushed the button that takes them to the bullpen, "there is no point in going home now" Gibbs said and tony hummed in agreement.

The door opened and they both stepped out and unsurprisingly they were the only ones on the floor, they walked over to there desks and grabbed there spare clothes out of them and went to the locker rooms for a quick shower, then Gibbs went for coffee while tony went to the cafeteria for breakfast.

When both came back they found Kate and Tim at there desks working, they went to there desks and the day went as usual.
