Bill is a gangster and Dipper is a paperboy/newsie, in some versions a reporter. Dipper accidentally got some important/incriminating information toward Bill, so Bill kidnaps him to make sure he doesn't rat him out. I'm way too obsessed with this one, and although it's hard to find too many pictures for it, I have tons. So here ya go!
