Just then someone knocked the door.
Sanyukta pushed Randhir and composed herself.
Randhir smirked at her state.
"Papa..." Sanyukta said
"Damadji I hope you are feeling good" Kishore asked
"Yes Papa..." Randhir said
"Actually...you both need to vacant the room for sometime"
"The guy came to install AC in your room"
"He is there...he needs some time to install AC" Kishore said
"But Papa...why?" "I mean why are you installing AC?" Randhir asked
"For your comfort Damadji...." "Actually I should have thought about it" "I should have known that the terrible heat in India would affect you" "That's why I am installing AC so that you can feel better" Kishore said
"Papa iski zarurat nahi thi" Randhir said
"Zarurat thi..." "Aap humare Damad hai...aapka khayal toh hume rakhna hi hai" Kishore said
Randhir nodded.
Sanyukta looked at Randhir.
The guy came and installed AC in Sanyukta's room.
Randhir was feeling better in AC.
Sometime later.
"I hope you are okay Randhir" Renuka asked
"Yes Mom...I am fine now" Randhir said
"How is Sanyukta?" Renuka asked
"She is fine..." Randhir said
"Hmm..." Renuka replied
"She is very uspet with me Mom" Randhir said
"And I don't blame her for that..." Renuka said
Randhir was quite.
"I will bring her back Mom" Randhir said
"I trust you" Renuka said
"I will Mom" "I have realised her importance in my life" Randhir said
"I know beta.. " Renuka said
"Okay Mom give me some tips..." Randhir said
"Tips?" "On what..." Renuka chuckled
"I know Sanyukta and you shared a great bond" "You know about her likings much..." "Help me with something..." "I want to do something for her..." Randhir said
Renuka smiled listening to his words.
"Should I buy a gift for her?" Randhir said
"No need..." "She doesn't need one..." "She just need you and your time..." Renuka said
"Thanks Mom..." Randhir said
"Take care son...." "And wish you all the best..." Renuka said
"Yes Mom..." Randhir chirped Randhir disconnected the call.
Two days later.
At dinner.
"I hope you are feeling better now Damadji" Kishore asked
"Yes Papa...much much better" "Thanks Maa...for the sandalwood and rose water paste" "It was much of relief" Randhir said looking at Sanyukta.
"It's easiest and quick home remedy" "BTW...some credits goes to Sanyukta too" "I just made paste but she applied it on allergy" Anju teased Sanyukta
"Of course...more than medicines...its Sanyukta's care for me that cured me" Randhir said looking at Sanyukta.
Kishore and Anju looked at each other and smiled.
There was someone else who was not so pleased with Randhir's words.
It was Sumeet who was looking at Randhir very intently.
Randhir noticed Sumeet.
Later that night.
"Hey Sumeet" Randhir joined Sumeet on terrace.
"Hi..." Sumeet replied uninterestedly.
"How is studies going?" Randhir asked
"Good..." Sumeet replied
"Anything wrong Sumeet?" Randhir asked directly
Sumeet looked at Randhir.
"I see you are not happy..." Randhir said
"Because my didi is not happy" Sumeet said
Randhir understood it.
"I am here to make your Didi happy" Randhir said
"Trust me Sumeet..." "I have realised my mistakes" "I came here to take her back with me to Canada" Randhir said
Sumeet kept mum.
"I need your help Sumeet" "I need you help in convincing her" Randhir said
Sumeet thought for a while.
"But why do you want to convince her" "Why do you want to take her back with you" Sumeet asked
"You won't understand it..." Randhir chuckled
"I am grown up now..." Sumeet said
"Do you have a girlfriend?" Randhir asked
"No..." Sumeet replied instantly.
"Then crush...?" Randhir asked him.
"Ummm....ye..yes..." Sumeet said
"Good...yeah...indeed you are grown up now..." Randhir laughed
"What's there to laugh...?" Sumeet asked
"No Nothing...." "I have a secret..." "I want to share with you..." Randhir winked at him.
Sometime later.
Sanyukta found Sumeet and Randhir laughing on some joke while coming down from terrace.
"Where were you both...?" Sanyukta asked them
"On terrace..." Randhir replied
Sanyukta looked at Sumeet.
"Good Night Didi..." "Good Night Jiju..." Sumeet escaped from there.
"Good Night Sumeet..." Randhir replied
Sanyukta found it strange.
The sudden budding between Sumeet and Randhir. She thought.
"You want to stand here for whole night?" Randhir asked Sanyukta thus breaking her trance.
"Huh!...No..." She said
"Then's let go and sleep.." Randhir giggled at her state.
"Hmmm..." She said
Next Morning.
At breakfast.
"Papa...I was thinking to go out somewhere" "I mean I have not seen Delhi" "Never visited placed in Delhi..." Randhir said
"Yes, definitely Damadji..." "Sanyu will take you to the places in Delhi" Kishore declared
Sanyukta widen her eyes. "Papa....me...?" Sanyukta said
"Yes, Sanyu..." "You both should go out and spend some time..." "Damadji ko humara Delhi toh dikhao..." Kishore said
Sanyukta slightly nodded.
Sumeet and Randhir shared a look.
"Come on Sanyukta...get ready" Randhir told Sanyukta.
She looked at him and understood that something is cooking in his mind.
