A/N: I dedicate this to hooliganbaby because I have to dedicate all first chapters to my sister since she is my best friend and greatest supporter. I love you<3

So, this first one is easy. Which song is the title from?

This first chapter isn't really long. It will get better though, I have this whole thing planned:)

Harry sighed in relief when he heard the bell ring for the last class that day. The last class for the next two days.

Most of the students had already packed their things, ready to jump from their seats and run into the weekend. Harry was about to close his pencil case when Mrs. Tschacowski made him stall.

"Wait!" She shouted over the ruffling and mumbling that broke out naturally when lessons were over. "Homework-", Mrs Tschakowski ignored the complaining groans, "is writing down what we just compiled in a continuous text. You may add your own ideas. It will be a good exercise. You'll need to start writing more for your A levels."

Harry wrote a quick note into his calendar, then hurried to pack.

Nick was one of those who had already packed before the bell had rung so he stood next to Harry, watching his friend hurrying to pack his calendar, college block and pencil case into his bag. "Absolutely unnecessary." Nick commented, "A levels aren't until next year."

"Hmm..." Harry hummed in agreement as he slung his bag over his shoulder. "Although," Harry added as they walked out of the class room into the long hallway, walls covered with pictures by some students from the advanced art classes, "This next year will start in, like, two month."

Nick rolled his eyes and looked like he was about to retort when Danielle, a girl who always had something clever to say in lessons, told them in passing, "Harry's right, you know? I've always asked myself how you've got that far, Nick, with that attitude."

Nick didn't seem insulted the slightest. "Got meself a nerd boyfriend." He smirked, winking at Harry.

The curly haired just rolled his eyes, "Dream on." Although Nick was always flirting with him, Harry knew that it was nothing serious. Yes, they were in fact both into guys, but honestly, Harry could not imagine being with Nick. It just didn't fit.

"Every night." Nick gave him a dirty smirk that made Harry look away, his eyes catching a girl reading some heavy novel in the corner bench. Nick was doing this often, making Harry uncomfortable, most likely without even noticing. But apart from that he was really okay. Besides, Harry didn't have many other friends and Nick happened to be in his class since fifth grade.

They walked out of the building in silence, which wasn't rare either. "Bye then." Nick said, moving towards the subway station.

"Yeah, see ya tomorrow. No, wait, tomorrow is Saturday. See you on Monday then." Harry made a few tentative steps into the opposite direction.

"Yeah, see ya then." Nick walked away and Harry hurried home. His way from school took about fifteen minutes by foot but due to Harry's fast walking he often was home after twelve minutes already. He was always eager to get his homework over with so he could read a book, watch You Tube videos or bake some new receipts. He plugged in his headphones and let the shuffle mode play whatever it wanted.

Arriving at home, he unlocked the door, threw his bag into his room, plugged out his headphones...

Proceeding his normal routine would require walking into the kitchen. The problem was, there were brown boxes stacked over one another. "Err..." Harry was about to raise his voice to inquire what was going on here, then he heard his parents talking. He clambered over the boxes, making his way into the kitchen.
