"h-hyung? you don't want to eat the pancakes i made?" jungkook asked, smile faltering while he spoke. taehyung looked at the younger male guiltily, blinking faster when he remembered the promise he had made to jimin.
maybe it would be okay if he broke this promise? it wasn't like jimin was here right now, and he wouldn't want to make jungkook sad.
"no! of course i'm gonna eat them!" taehyung said, and jungkook immediately smiled. taehyung took a bite, and groaned at the taste. "these are so good jungkookie!" he exclaimed, watching jungkook's eyes lighten up with happiness.
"thank you hyung!" he said. taehyung looked at jungkook fondly.
as soon as taehyung was finished, jungkook rolled up his sleeves and starting washing the dishes.
taehyung looked at the younger's arms, smiling to himself.
he couldn't help but think about how beautiful jungkook would look with painful scratches on his arms, bleeding like no tomorrow. how salty tears would flow out of his eyes, landing onto the floor. how he would scrunch up his nose in pain, as if he had smelt something bad.
"you okay hyung?" jungkook asked, waving his hand in front of taehyung, catching his attention.
"hmm- oh i'm fine! i was just thinking about where we could go today... wanna head to the café nearby and grab something?" taehyung asked, and jungkook grinned. "of course hyung!"
taehyung smiled widely, "i'll be right back! i need to change my clothes." he informed jungkook, who was now lying down on the couch, scrolling through his feed on Instagram.
"mmhm, okay. i'll be right here." jungkook murmured, to caught up with the video he was watching, missing out on the frown on taehyung's face.
jimin was gonna kill him.
haha okay, maybe not really but taehyung still couldn't help but feel afraid.
jimin wouldn't hesitate to hurt him.
*shortly after they've gone out n are now back home*
"hey jungkook, you wanna stay the night?" taehyung asked, watching the younger boy check himself out in the mirror.
"of course!"
