chapter 3

The cabin was as Jeff said two stories tall it had a balcony, a front porch, a garage, and a shed

"Not bad" said Jason

"I think it's gotta basement too"

Parked outside was a green motorcycle and a brown rusted truck

"Come on let's go inside"

They walked inside they entered the living room with two couches a coffee table and a big tv

"It's Jeff whos here!" Jeff yelled

"I am!"

A girl then came down from upstairs she had long brown hair, her left eye was glowing green and the right was a watch jammed into the eye socket it looked like it still worked, and a stitched smile

"Hey Jeff how" she stopped talking when she saw Jason "who the hell is he!" The girl reached into the pockets of her jacket and pulled out two knifes

"Relax clock he's with me he's are new guy" said Jeff

"Can we trust him"

"Maybe but I'm not completely sure but I think so"

She looked right at Jason "can we trust you?"

"I'm pretty sure you can, how do I know I can trust you?"

"Good point" she put her knifes away

"Jason this is clockwork clockwork this is Jason"

"Nice to meet you" said Jason

"Jason. Like Jason voorhes?" Asked clockwork

"Who's that?" Asked Jason

"You don't know who Jason voorhes is!" Said Jeff and clockwork

"I'm very new to the outside world okay I have a lot of stuff to learn"

"God your face is really fucked up what the hell happened to you?" Asked clockwork

"I'd rather not talk about it"

"Well alright, welcome to are group of misfits"

"Is Toby here too?" Asked Jeff

"He was yesterday but left early this morning to go to are North Dakota headquarters"

"Who Toby?" Asked Jason

"Ticci Toby he's clocks boyfriend" said Jeff

"Oh"

"So who else is here?" Asked Jeff

"It's just me and hoodie, hoodie come in here we got a new guy!" Said clockwork

A man came in from the kitchen Jason couldn't see his face cause he wore a black mask with a red frowning face on it with a yellow hoodie on

"Well hello I'm hoodie" his voice sounded weird to Jason like he had a voice changer in his mask

"Hello I'm Jason"

"That accent are you Irish?" Asked hoodie

"Yes I am"

"So Jeff how was England?" Asked clockwork

"It was alright but Jason here would steal some of the kills and I found him on the cargo ship I got on to get back"

"Well it's good you did we need more people Lulu died last week"

"She...s-she did"

"Yeah she did the cops got her and beat her to death trying to get her to tell them all the locations of a safehouses she didn't give them nothing tho"

All of them looked sad Jeff looked down on the ground then put his hands over his face for a second before punching the wall next to him

"I need a drink" said Jeff then went into the kitchen

"Well Jason their is a open room upstairs the third door to the right" said clockwork

"Alright well I'm gonna go up there I need sometime to myself"

"Alright well just come get me if you got any questions"

Jason went upstairs and found the room it was decently sized with a bed up against the wall, a stool in the corner, a TV, and a nightstand

Jason threw his duffel bag on the bed then sat in the middle of the room and began to meditate

<I see we have some new friends>

"Do you think we can trust them"

<Well I'm not entirely sure but they seem to have a bad upbringing like we did so they they will understand us>

"Hopefully, back on the boat when I was fighting Jeff something took control of my body and voice what was that?"

<That was me actually it's are bodies defense mechanism it lets me take control to hopefully gain are survival when we are about to die>

"Well I was impressed on how you handled that situation"

<Well thank you I was quite proud of myself>

Jason continued to meditate talking to his other half forming a better bond with him and hoped nothing bad was gonna happen by him being here
